Description:
Welcome to your oceanfront retreat in beautiful Isle of Palms at Wild Dunes. This Coastal Home inspired family vacation home has plenty of charm and coastal elegance, with 180 degree sweeping coastal views from each level.
Enjoy the sounds of the surf and panoramic ocean views from several amazing outdoor spaces, including an open beach deck with comfortable sofas and chairs, a screened in porch for dining and barbequing, and top-level expansive oceanfront balcony.
The first level is the main living level and features a large all new living area with comfortable seating, dining area for six, and new modern kitchen with additional bar seating for four all highlighted with ocean views. A guest bedroom is on the first level with a king bed and private bath.
The second level features three bedrooms, including the fully renovated master suite with king bed, large private bath and an oceanfront balcony. A new king bedroom and a bedroom featuring a full and twin bunk are also featured on the second level and share a bath.
Island’s Edge is in the private Ocean Point Community ensuring a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The beach is nearly exclusive to the residents and guests of Ocean Point. A bonus is the wonderful Ocean Point swimming pool facility.
This home is managed by Lowcountry Vacation Properties. Locally owned and operated, we specialize in providing out guests with outstanding accommodations and fantastic experiences from a team of professionals that have been on the island for over three decades.
Parking:
Accommodates three vehicles on narrow driveway and garage.
Beach Chairs and Umbrella:
The Isle of Palms Beach Chair Company will provide your family two classic wooden beach chairs and an umbrella when you stay seven nights (March– October). These are set up on the beach each morning for your family and removed each night by the crew at IOP Beach Chair Company.
Additional Amenities Include:
High speed internet with Wi-Fi.
Direct Check in at “Island’s Edge” at 45 Ocean Point.
Text and email status updates of accommodations on arrival date.
Washer and dryer.
Private beach shower.
Linens and bath towels are provided, as well as unique starter supplies including soap, shampoo, and paper products.

Ideally located, this beach house on the Isle of Palms is an easy drive to Sullivan’s Island, Mount Pleasant and Historic Charleston. Sullivan’s Island (7 miles) features Fort Moultrie and wonderful dining options along Middle Street. In Mount Pleasant (8 miles), your family will want to visit Boone Hall Plantation with its avenue of oaks, the USS Yorktown, Town Center shopping and the restaurants lining the shrimp docks on Shem Creek. Finally, Historic Charleston (17 miles) is the number one tourism destination in the United States and offers some of the world’s finest restaurants, galleries, historic homes and gardens.
Things to note:
Wild Dunes does not have a central resort pool for all visitors. Most neighborhoods and villa communities have their own private pool for guests staying in that specific area. Please note that the pools at the Hyatt Boardwalk Inn, Sweetgrass Inn, and the Sweetgrass Fitness Center are reserved exclusively for Hyatt hotel guests and are not available to vacation rental guests.
The Wild Dunes Community has a strict no pet policy for non-residents. Pets are not allowed within the gates of the community.
