Gorgeous place to stay, everything is so well decorated down to the balcony. Very clean, and secure. Loved it

Had a decent stay here! The host was super responsive which I really appreciated! The place was clean and felt secure. Couple things I didn’t expect was no ac (small fans were provided which helped), shower taking about 7-8 min to get hot, and the window in the bedroom seemed broken/did not fully shut which let in a lot of street noise at night. Otherwise it was enjoyable. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked!!
Lots of construction in area so parking a little tough but not within control of host. Residence very secure. Very nicely decorated and kitchen pots, pans, dishes well stocked. Enjoyable stay.
Great location downtown, with great view and amenities, but major city upgrade to a trolley system has disrupted driving and parking for the foreseeable future. Not their fault, but hard to navigate. Check-in was awkward, but Vrbo online service came through.
This was the perfect place to stay for a long weekend! The only downfall was the listing said washer and dryer but they were not in the unit. The balcony had a nice view of Midtown. But overall it was a perfect place to stay.
No air conditioning, bathroom towels are stained, no parking pass and no guideline sheet for what do for cleaning before we leave. I messaged the host 3 times and the last two I did not receive a response.
Convenient access to eateries, bars/nightlife activities
It was a short stay, but definitely worth staying multiple nights as so much is easily accessible by walking. Hoping everything goes well with the new street going in.
This place is perfect for a weekend getaway! A very spacious apartment with nice beds and the cutest patio! Nicely renovated and decorated with all of the things that you might need. It is a strange building to get into but very safe with many locked doors to get through. Would definitely stay here again!
We rented this space in order to host a Christmas dinner with 3 family members living in Omaha. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the condo was spotless, spacious and comfortable. We appreciated that there was a laundry room on the same floor, and that we were near restaurants and Old Market. Check in was easy, and the host responded quickly to my questions. We will definitely stay here again in the future.
I was very comfortable at this beautifully decorated condo. A walk around the park across the street and up into Mid Town was a favorite.
Everything we did was close by! The zoo is amazing. The Joslyn Museum is wonderful. We were very close to many restaurants. Great place!
its
Fun retro feel to the complex. This unit was uniquely decorated and close to everything downtown. Ebikes were available 1 block away and we heard live music from the patio every evening. The patio was awesome. We spent lots of time out there. Great hosts!!
The condo is well situated, close to downtown, all the major activities, as well as easy access to the highway. The condo is comfortable, kitchen is well equipped, but it was probably renovated more than decade ago, so it’s not really ‘newly’ renovated. Some of the fixtures need to be replaced. Otherwise, good place for a long weekend. Owner is very responsive.

My experience with this host was acceptable until the day of the trip (when we realized we never received instructions to access the unit). After several DMs and phone calls to the host, they finally submitted instructions for us to get into the rental. The place was fine, although the complex reeked of smoke, but that’s probably from years of residents smoking. Thankfully, the unit itself didn’t smell. The unit was as described, and was reasonably priced. However, there are/were a couple of issue. First, the floor in the kitchen has a soft spot/hole that is cracking the laminate flooring. Not a big deal, and it didn’t impact our stay whatsoever. But there is an issue. Secondly, there were no check-out instructions and no communication from the host after I had asked about checkout procedures. There was nothing about trash, linens, bedding, etc. So if you’re looking for a host with good communication, this may not be your top pick. If, however, you’re cool with limited comms, but a decent space, then this will serve you just fine (just make sure you get access info prior to the day you arrive).
Not a bad place to stay, I would be aware that traffic sounds are loud and the walls of the unit are very thin. It’s not hard to hear a conversation through the wall. The entire floor often smelled strongly of weed. The unit itself is well taken care of, however if you’re planning to spend a lot of time inside the listing, just expect to be close with the neighbors

Not as represented
Arrived and noted ALOT of construction and noise. Not the owner's fault. After accessing the bldg and unit we found the unit to be very "old" not because the bldg is 100 years old but because the unit described as newly renovated had old furniture, dirty looking bath mat, linens were dingy ceiling paint was pealing Condo did not look clean. AC wasnt cooling properly making the unit very warm and uncomfortable. Smoke from the hallway penetrates the walls of the condo from other occupants in the bldg. We have been very pleased in the paat with VRBO units.and this one did not meet the mark Gained acces to bldg and yes the owner was r

Weekend getaway
The condo is beautiful and clean. Eclectic decor and it had the main items we needed for the weekend. Bed was comfortable and it has a great balcony patio. There was an animal foot & jaw displayed in the living room which didn’t seem to flow with the rest of the decor, so I assume there’s a personal story behind that... I’ve stayed in this building before (different unit/host) and even with that knowledge, it was difficult to find the right place to park due to construction. The surface parking by the back entrance was all blocked off and the surface parking on the side of the building (mentioned in the posting as an option) didn’t have spots and was full of potholes. The listing indicated the lot across the street requires a permit but when I asked Mariah about it, she said it’s not necessary. Communication about these pieces with clear instructions would’ve been helpful. While the area appears to have some eateries and bars, my friend and I discussed that we wouldn’t feel comfortable walking around at night. We came back from a concert around 11:30pm and there was a large group hanging out in the parking lot - unsure if this happens frequently or was a fluke, but there’s also an unhoused camp in the next lot over. The unit is great, but the neighborhood leaves something to be desired if you’re traveling alone.

Thank you for your review. I’m sorry you did not find the location what you were looking for. There is a lot of construction due to the cable cars coming in and parking is changing constantly to accommodate. I’m glad you appreciate the unit, however.
