Welcome to Hutchinson Island, Atlantis A! Where you have the sand right at your feet. Time to relax, unwind and enoy your vacation with all the amentities and local resturants, shopping centers and downtown Jensen a few miles away!
Beautifully maintained and recently renovated building with a gated community. A few of many things; updated furniture, Impact Sliding glass door and Master bedroom window, 2 flat screen tv's, King size deluxe mattress and beach chairs/towles! Heated Swimming pool, BBQ area, Pickelball courts and car rinse.
Disney World and other theme park Attractions are less than 2 hours awaySo kick up your feet and relax among the waves.
*This Condo is a 1 Month Minimum rental*
*Wi-Fi and Cable included.
As always, I expect the condo to be left in the same condition as I hand it over to you.This condo is in great condition and waiting for you to enjoy <3
