Available now only for summer! Charming 4-bedroom house in desired Falmouth.

Welcome to our charming one-story home featuring an open-concept layout, complete with both winter and summer living rooms. Cozy up by the gas fireplace in the winter living room or cool down in the summer one during the sunny season. Within the main house, you'll find three bedrooms, as well as an "in-law suite" in the basement for your convenience, which can serve as extra living space or an additional bedroom. Step outside to our spacious backyard, where you'll find a delightful play set for the kids and a quaint deck perfect for enjoying summer lunches.

We're pleased to inform you that the house is fully equipped to meet your needs during your stay.

Please note that the boat and the additional building outside are not accessible to guests, as well as part of the basement. It is absolutely forbidden to light any fires inside the house.

Great for families!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house. It was incredibly clean and organized with lots of space in the cabinets and closets to store our belongings. The bedrooms were large and the common areas were great with lots of couches and areas for people to sit and kids to play. The basement had a private suite with a bedroom and sitting area. The house was great for kids. One room had a crib which was perfect for our toddler and the bathrooms had step stools so the kids could reach the sink. The backyard had plenty of space for them to run around in and a swingset and jungle gym. Not to mention a hidden passage from the bedrooms to the kitchen which provided endless entertainment and hide and seek! The house was also in a great location with walking access to Dockside restaurant and Town Landing and a short drive to the town center for food shopping, etc. The owners were always accessible if needed and were super responsive. We would highly recommend this rental and hope to return next year!
