Oceanside escape 🌊 perfect family getaway!

Family home nestled in a quiet oceanside neighborhood 2.5 miles from downtown Portland and 1 mile from Mackworth Island state park. Enjoy a private backyard, offstreet parking, a gorgeous office and more. Our home is the perfect home base to rest up and explore Maine!

Relax and enjoy the ocean breeze in our private backyard which features two fieldstone patios and a large flat lawn for family activities.

Our home has been recently renovated with new lighting and paint to complement the original hardwood floors and crystal glass doorknobs.

Each bedroom is equipped with Air conditioning, room darkening shades and a sound machine for a restful sleep.

We had a great stay! The house was comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. There were many nice little touches, like extra toiletries in case you needed them and heavy-duty paper towels. The attention to detail made it feel extra special.

Perfect location

Wonderful clean cottage in an amazing neighborhood with friendly neighbors and easily accessed. The window AC in one of the bedrooms rattled and woke us up multiple times during the night. We would stay there again

The home was exactly like the listing. The was plenty of space for us. The neighborhood was really cute, friendly and quiet. It was super easy to get around Portland from. The host was super nice and responsive in messages. Check in and check out were very straight forward. I would stay here again!

Very cute house to rent. Bed options were plentiful. Everything you need. Easy to get to town or local shopping. Nice biking around from here. Local bus route too. Host was a great communicator. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful home close to water and portland

My family and I sometimes opt for locations in the center city so we can just walk places, but this time we went with this cute house with a nice backyard, and a little sand pit for the kids to play in. It's eye shot from the water and in a mile in each direction are restaurants and stores. The property itself was cozy, with three spacious rooms, comfortable beds and a stocked kitchen. Would highly recommend!

Great Location

The house is basic and cozy, with all the bedrooms and a full bath on the second floor. The staircase is difficult to maneuver if you have mobility issues. The neighborhood is quiet with lots of people out for evening strolls. The backyard has a slide and seesaw that our grandson loved.
