On the second floor of an elegant 1863 building on one of Portland's most beautiful historic streets, this freshly renovated and beautifully furnished cozy gem has it's own parking space, though you can easily walk to everything. With 7 great restaurants and a fabulous bakery within a 5 minute walk, and just a 15 minute walk to the Old Port, with all it's activities and dozens more restaurants, you're in for a fabulous Portland experience.
Walk in the door and feel right at home. The sleeper sofa converts easily to a comfortable lounge for TV, reading or snoozing, or to a queen sized bed. Perfect for 2 or 4 adults, or 2 adults and 2 kids.
Every amenity is provided, with coffee, tea, snacks, luxury bedding, a spacious bathroom with lots of fluffy towels, hand made soaps and a drenching rainfall and massage shower you won't want to leave.
A 43" TV in the living room and a 32" TV in the bedroom, both with access to every streaming service, will keep you entertained.

Freddy's place was awesome!! The unit had everything you could need, was extremely comfortable and had off street part. Our hosts were phenomenal, made great recommendations for local spots (all fabulous). Fred and Bonnie were so nice and extremely interesting to speak with! Rental space so convenient to everything we wanted to do. Definitely will look into returning here.

The apartment was very comfortable for my husband and our dogs. The owner met us upon arrival and made sure we knew where everything was located and how all the appliances worked.He stayed in touch throughout our trip to offer restaurant or day-trip locations. The apartment was in a great location with easy access to commerce street as well as the wharf. We also appreciated the dedicated parking spot. For other dog owning visitors: the neighborhood felt very safe at all times of the day to take dogs out alone. We loved our time in Portland and have already recommended this apartment to others!

Beautiful Deering Oaks Park is just a few minutes away, offering 55 acres of green space, a fabulous Farmers Market two days a week in spring, summer and fall, tennis, pickleball and volleyball courts, a pond, a brand new playground and huge wading pool for kids, ice skating and cross country skiing in winter, and a perfect place to walk a dog.
Just five minutes takes you to Maine Medical Center, a world class Level 1 trauma center capable of treating any health issue, if needed.
And we’re just a fifteen minute drive to some of Maine’s most beautiful beaches, lighthouses and other scenic sights.
