Perfect quick getaway

Had a small window of time to enjoy a few days with our college-aged boys - what a perfect family escape. This home was just what we needed, from comfy beds and fully stocked kitchen to gorgeous sunsets and a short walk to enjoy Gruene all dressed up for the holidays. Thank you for sharing! We hope to be back.

Very well located property, short easy 5min walk into centre of Gruene. We saw deer several times as we walked into town. Property was exceptionally clean and well stocked. Perfect for our needs. We had two families and the floor plan worked well. Bottom bedroom had a semi ensuite. The Master bedroom was upstairs with a third bedroom and bathroom for the kids. Two living areas, so lots of space for everyone. Only wish there were more chairs on the balconies so everyone could sit. Would stay here again. View and sunset was very nice.

Cute place! Great view! Close to town.

My teen daughter and I enjoyed our stay in Riverscape B! The house was super cute and very nice. Great views of the River and area! Walkable to the fun. Comfy beds, cozy couches. Had all we needed and more! Thanks for the hospitality! We walked down to the River - getting back up was a bit tricky ha - it would be awesome to have direct access to the bank and the water in the future! I know it's brand new!

Great location, immaculate home

We spent four nights here to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday and had a blast! The house is clean, in a great location and the beds are all very comfortable. We had six adults (three couples) so each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. The balconies are great, and in the cooler months will be fabulous places to hang out. We were within walking distance to Gruene Hall and all the cute shops around it. I highly recommend this house for a weekend away enjoying all that Gruene and the Hill Country has to offer!

Home away from Home

Our stay in New Braunfels was absolutely delightful! The townhome we stayed in was perfect—spacious, comfortable, and incredibly accommodating. It truly felt like a home away from home. We especially appreciated that it was pet-friendly, allowing us to bring our furry family members along without any hassle. The location was another highlight. It was within walking distance to the charming town center, where we enjoyed exploring local shops, cafes, and the quaint atmosphere that New Braunfels is known for. Everything we needed was just a short stroll away. Overall, this townhome provided everything we could have hoped for during our stay. It was the ideal base for our visit to New Braunfels, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, convenient, and pet-friendly place to stay!
