We had a wonderful stay! The condo was comfortable, and had everything we needed. The amenities were great, and the location was perfect—within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and everything we wanted to enjoy. We especially loved the beautiful views from the balcony. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

We enjoyed our stay. Great location. Clean. Elevator was great since the unit is on the 2nd floor. Nice balcony overlooking the river. Would definitely rent again, although the unit does need updating.

This condo was the perfect size and a great location! We were able to comfortably sleep six people, and the unit was clean and well supplied. It was within a 5-10 minute walk from anything in downtown Gruene, including tube rental companies. I would highly recommend this property and plan to return for future trips!

Great Place to stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our girls trip was amazing and the condo was roomy and we loved the balcony that overlooks the river below. The only (small) issue that we had, was the shower curtain in the master would NOT stay up (not really a big deal), so we just showered in the front bathroom.

Great place for price !

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was overall , great for the price! Convenient and spacious . Could use some updates but overall good.My caution on using VRBO, is the cleaning fee that comes along with basically being required to do the cleaning yourself .

We appreciate your suggestions regarding updates and will take them into consideration for the future. Regarding the cleaning fee, we include it to ensure the home is thoroughly prepared and maintained for each guest, even if guests choose to do some light cleaning during their stay. We appreciate your input and hope to host you again.

The location was great for what we were looking for. We did not use the pool. Close to shops and venues, but limited time to enjoy them. Unit was very clean, and the mgt staff was very good and accessible. There were a few minor things that the staff needed to address/fix. We gave them a list of such items and were thanked for bringing them up, as they were unaware. They assured us that minor concerns would be addressed. Very good service.
