I have no words

The host canceled on us last minute leaving us in town with no place to stay. I realize that things happen but there was no communication on their part to even try to explain. They just canceled our stay 4 hours before check in and left us with over 3000 tied up in it. VRBO did make it right but still. It was so very stressful.
