Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No drug use, no unauthorized guests, no rearranging furniture, do not use any landscaping for the fire pit, no food in the rooms.

Do not lean on or against staircase. The fireplace is NOT TO BE USED. Any use of the fireplace will result in a large fee minimum of $500.

Small pack of supplies. Any additional supplies needed are up to the guests. Coffee, creamers, soaps, hair care, paper towels, TP, trash bags etc.
