We spent a flawless week at this beautiful villa as a group of three couples. The property itself was absolutely stunning, spotless, and provided plenty of room to roam with lots of space both indoors and outdoors. The bedrooms were beautiful and private, featuring gorgeous ensuites that offered a wonderful space to get a great night's sleep after a day of exploring. It is in an excellent location to walk into town or take the bus, which stopped right in front of the villa. There is also an excellent beach not too far away, and the hosts even provided towels and beach bags if needed-what an amazing touch, they really thought of everything! The hosts gave us incredible, attentive care, and the villa was fully stocked for a weeklong stay, including thoughtful extras in the pantry and fridge for breakfasts and dinners, as well as arrival prosecco. The hospitality from the hosts and the local community was unmatched, and we would absolutely stay here again! Grazie mille!!!

This was our second time we stayed at the villa. I asked for some food items before we arrived and the refrigerator was stocked with everything we needed for a couple of days. Views are spectacular and we love the walk up to the villa.

Beautiful villa with absolutely stunning views and lots of space!! The villa was spotless with a few groceries and a bottle of bubbles provided, host was very helpful and check in was easy. Great to be able to walk into Amalfi (although the road is busy and narrow!) A couple of nice restaurants nearby and we also did takeaway and ate on the balcony a couple of times as the views are just so incredible you will not want to leave! Would love to visit again!

Myself and 2 girlfriends visited for a week. The villa was as described. We were met promptly after we arrived by Nicola who helped us get settled and arranged for someone to help us carry our luggage up to the villa (highly recommend!) Denise provided transportation from the aiport and it was seamless. Their communication leading up to our trip was excellent and very much appreciated! There is plenty of space as the bedrooms are spread out on 3 floors. The Villa sits on the outskirts of Amalfi, a 25 minute walk on the main road to get to the Amalfi center/port where you catch all the ferries. We sometimes wished it was a little closer to the ferries and transportation as we didn't want to wait or ride the buses (though the stop is right outside but they normally run late). On the plus side - being away from the crowds in the Amalfi center and beach was exactly what we wanted so in that regard, the Villa was perfectly situated. And we felt that Amalfi was a perfect location - centrally located and easy to get to other locations either by walking or taking the ferry. Beware - if you do want to walk, its a very busy road with many stairs to get down to the port/beaches so bring your walking shoes! We would highly recommend the Villa to families, friends or couples. It was exactly as described and between Nicola and Denise who will help you with tours and transportations, we really felt that we were in good hands. Thank you for sharing your beautiful Villa with us!

This Villa was AMAZING!

My family and I loved this beautiful villa, it was perfect for us. It was close enough to walk into Amalfi, but so great, with incredible views, that we actually stayed in and cooked one night just so we didn't have to leave! The owner was wonderful and easy to work with. We would highly recommend staying here.

Dream Vacation

Our family of 5 just returned from a day vacation and stayed in this absolutely perfectly gorgeous villa. It was central to the center square of Amalfi and the walk was not difficult at all, especially for me who has a knee condition. Nicola was very helpful in meeting us, the checkin process, and anything we needed. I would highly recommend to rent this villa when you are visiting.

Pictures don’t do it justice

Property was perfect. Bathrooms and balcony’s galore. So much space to relax inside and even more outside. Kitchen has everything you need. Little coffee shop around the corner was a hidden gem. Place was amazing.

Beautiful well appointed villa with great views.

The terraces go on and on with great places to relax and enjoy the amazing scenery. Even if 3 couples were visiting, there are places inside and outside each can be alone or all congregate together. The beds were comfortable, and kitchen well appointed. The hosts were friendly and responsive and the villa was immaculate.There is a bus stop nearby and walking to Amalfi center is comfortable. Just walk around the tower to the right of the first tunnel and then take stairs down to the water front to stroll to the center. Then take a bus back. There are also ferries to Capri and Positano there.
It's very calm in the morning. Just before dawn all I heard was the sound of a rooster and seagulls.

Amazing place and views!

We got so lucky with this place. Amazing views, the host was very helpful, and the location was perfect for us. There is a bus stop right in front of the place and a beach down the stairs. We walked into town many times. It was about a 25 minute walk, of which maybe 10 minutes is on the road with no side walk. I wouldn't recommend walking to everyone, but for us it was easy and the quickest way to get to town.

Amazing home and stay

What a beautiful and well appointed home! And in a stellar location. Our family stayed here for my son's wedding and it was so comfortable and easy to be together (or be apart when needed). You can take your morning coffee on a different patio every morning for a week if you want. We made many vigorous walks into central Amalfi and home again on the foot path that runs behind the house. Nicola was a great communicator and made our check-in and departure very easy. He was always so helpful. Shout out to Alfredo who runs the parking area you will use if you have a car. He's a real gem!

Amazing Amalfi Villa

Do yourself a favor and book this Villa! It was spotlessly clean, the 4 bathrooms were so helpful with all us getting reddy at once, the patios all just gorgeous! The Villa was stocked with food-fresh bread, pasta, wine, fruit, yogurts, etc upon arrival. They also arranged a grocery store run for us during our stay as well. My sister needed to visit urgent care and get her arm casted and the property manager arranged taxis repeatedly and offered advice on where to go, etc. They also made area restaurant suggestions and other sites to see! It was a wonderful place to stay, definitely a lot of stairs but that just left us more room for dessert each night! Book this villa!!

Amalfi Holiday

We had a wonderful visit to Amalfi,,and the villa was all we had hoped it to be and more. Incredible views from every room. Immaculate with comfy bedding, luxurious linens and bath amenities, a fully stocked pantry and fridge, and bedrooms on 3 separate levels ensuring plenty of privacy. Ideal for 3 couples or a large family. We had a car and access to paid parking about 1 block away. Villa is a bit of a hike from town but the bus stops at the bottom of the villa steps. Cafe serving pizza, casual dinners and coffee all day is just a quick walk up the street and the beach (accessible by many steps) is very close by as well. I have been to Amalfi many times and would highly recommend this property. The only drawback was having to leave!

Breathtaking!

Fabulous stay at Villa Giovanna! The property is absolutely beautiful and outfitted with everything a vacationer would need….kitchen equipment, towels and toiletries, laundry facilities and supplies, beach towels, bags and floaties! The fridge was stocked with a wonderful array of foods and snacks! The views are breathtaking and Giovanna’s communication is superior. Additionally, I can’t say enough about Daniele who helped us with transportation and several outings. He is an absolute pleasure. Nicola was also very responsive with regard to all our needs during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would give 5 stars with one exception….the location. There are steps, which are manageable and Giovanna will arrange help with baggage as needed, but the Villa is a 20-25 minute walk town so you have to be prepared for that or use bus or taxi which we did for the uphill ride home in the evening. We did not have any issues securing taxi rides home.

Amalfi Villa

We had an absolutely wonderful time. The Villa was perfect for our family. Very spacious, very clean. So many nice comforts. There was an abundance of balconies and patios, all providing spectacular. We were always so happy to return after a long day of excursions. The house is private and quiet. The location in Amalfi is a welcome reprieve from many of the other crowded towns along the coast. There is a cute dining option right up the road to enjoy a meal and drinks. The referral to utilize Daniele’s services in planning tours and driving, was invaluable. Daniele and Salvatore drove us daily in spacious and clean cars. So many wonderful tours and day trips. Nicola was helpful at check in. We were provided assistance with our bags at check in and check out. Instructions at the villa were very clear and we always received rapid responses to any questions. Nice food was provided which was much appreciated. We would love to return. Very memorable vacation with our family. The Villa was perfect!

Amazing stay

This Villa does not disappoint. This place is amazing. It was spotless with everything you could need from beach towels to batteries. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to prepare breakfast and dinner. Our party were 3 adult couples. There was plenty of room for all of us with each couple having their own floor with bedroom, private bath and terrace Looks as though the Villa was recently renovated with all up to date features. The grounds were beautiful as well with many trees plants. There is a small bar/restaurant nearby where you can get drinks, food and wine to bring back to the Villa. Nicola was wonderful. Very responsive and helpful. He met a couple from our party at 2am to let them into the villa There is a grocery delivery service that he arranged for us one day, a nice break from dining out which can be quite expensive. Transportation can be a bit of a challenge but a good car service makes all the difference. Be prepared to do a lot of walking and there are more steps than you can imagine. The closest beach is across the street but can only be accessed by a set of 400 steps. Challenging but worth the climb Overall we loved Villa Giovanna and would come back anytime. I highly recommend it

Beautiful Villa in Amalfi

6 Friends met up here for a wonderful 6 days. The Villa is beautiful as pictured. We met Nicola who arranged our luggage transfer up the steps and gave us a nice overview of the place. Luggage transfer up the 90 steps costs 10 euro per bag. The Villa was stocked with coffee and basics for breakfast and snacks. Taxis in Amalfi are expensive, but one in our party had hurt his back, so we were forced to use them several times. 30 euros down to town and it’s about a mile. Easy walk if you don’t mind the traffic, but up and down hill. The nearby beach is very nice, rocky and pebbly. 545 steps down from the street. There is a good local place called G.A.S. Up the hill a little ways. Good salads, sandwiches and mains for dinner with a beautiful view. Taxis were not always dependable. We called on Nicola to arrange taxis and groceries for us and he graciously offered restaurant recommendations and advice. However, on our last day we were waiting for a taxi to catch a ferry that never came. We could not reach Nicola that morning. I would recommend you get a card from a taxi driver when you use a good one and call them directly for rides. We would love to return one day and can recommend the villa.

View of Paradise

We went with two other couples. We all had our own little getaway with plenty of privacy/terraces as well as places to hang out together. The view is breathtaking. We used the $100 service (for 12 pieces of luggage) to carry them up the stairs but opted to carry them down ourselves. Nicola showed us the property, gave us tips and places to go, and answered any questions throughout the stay. There is a Catholic Church on top of the hill. We climbed 200 plus stairs and went to mass in Italian. Everyone was welcoming. I highly recommend getting drivers to take you to and from train, tour the cities, and go to Pompei. Daniele was full of life and made our vacation so fun! He had great stories to tell, took us away from touristy areas for views, surprised us with wine, and then took us to a friend’s restaurant off the beaten path. It was so authentic! The place had washers with no dryers but to my surprise the clothes dried fast in the outdoors. The fridge was stocked for a breakfast, dinner, and appetizers which was nice. Our driver stopped so we could get groceries. There isn’t anything close but Nicola offered a grocery delivery service. There is a restaurant/bar close by where we ate twice. The walk into Amalfi wasn’t bad. There were some parts without a sidewalk but we were careful. The steps back up were challenging but we would stop and enjoy the view a few times. There is a cute little Beach Bar in Amalfi to relax and look out at the water. Amazing time!

Disappointing and uncomfortable stay

Our family visited the Amalfi Coast (week of 6/30/25) for the first time as an early celebration of my 50th birthday and chose this property. The location and description of the home is accurately stated in the listing and reviews. High marks for location, views, cleanliness and overall space.My issue? The two upstairs air conditioners (where the master bedroom is located) were broken. Outside temps were near 100 so the upstairs was miserably hot. The owner was pleasant and came to the property with someone to fix them four times, each unsuccessful. I understand things happen beyond our control and would not write this review had it been resolved in 1-2 days. But this was the case for our entire 8-night stay! It also smelled terribly musty/mildewy up there which made things even worse. The only way I could sleep there was because I happened to throw a travel fan in my suitcase “just in case”. My husband had to “sleep” on the downstairs couch all week! After long, hot, tiring days we wanted to be able to come home, cool down and get well-rested for the next day. But this was impossible to do. The owner’s solution was for us to sleep on the sofa bed outside the master bedroom. But the a/c did not work in there either!! This was a trip of a lifetime for our family. I cannot fathom being in the owner’s shoes and not insisting on refunding part of our stay! We certainly did not get the comfortable accommodations for which we paid and are extremely disappointed!

I stayed at this villa with my wife, brother, and sister-in-law for seven nights, and we could not have asked for a better location or accommodations. The villa offers breathtaking views, was exceptionally clean, and provided plenty of space for our group to relax and enjoy our stay. The outdoor decks were a wonderful bonus and allowed us to fully appreciate the beauty of the Amalfi Coast.The host was outstanding—responsive, helpful, and attentive from the initial booking all the way through check-out. Communication was excellent, making the entire experience seamless and stress-free.Having stayed in many vacation rentals over the years, I can honestly say this villa ranks among the very best. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in the Amalfi Coast area.

Breathtaking villa steps from beach with lots of balconies!

Host was amazing! Very responsive, and thorough with the check in and check out process. Provided some great recommendations of places to eat, things to do as well The location was good. About 500 or so steps down to a small public (rock) beach (which is a bit steep), but nice proximity. Up the hill from the Amalfi village which is short enough to walk, or bus if preferred The place itself was absolutely breathtaking! Stunning views from everywhere on the property. There were like 5 different terraces/balconies which was really cool. Inside, it was nice and clean, and they even had some food for us in the fridge when we got there 10/10 no complaints
