About this property

Charming 2-bedroom house with AC and WiFi in amazing Altamonte Springs

Central Florida is waiting for you at this clean 2-bedroom 1-bath house. Nestled in a nice and peaceful neighborhood, this fantastic property offers a comfortable stay for up to 4 guests. With 2 queen beds, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a cozy living area, you'll feel right at home. Stay connected with WiFi, and enjoy the convenience of a full laundry. Walking distance to the SunRail train station. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place. The home is located in a predominantly southern black community. The neighbors are very nice. They like to get together on the weekends with friends and family for barbecue regularly. But are always quiet by 9 pm. We do not provide any disposable amenities other than one roll of toilet paper. If needed, you will need to provide these items. Upon request, we will provide a gas grill. Either provide your own propane tank or cover a $35 fee to use one of ours.

Well to start the location is nothing like it is portrayed to be. Close to railroad tracks out side is not very clean. ( reason for mostly night photos in ad.) Sadly I didn’t stay because once it was iinside it had an off smell like it was all though the house. So my wife and I ended up staying in a hotel in a different town.
