Ocean One 423 is located in the very desirable South Forest Beach Area of Hilton. This 4th Floor End Unit has recently undergone some major renovations including new wood cabinetry in the kitchen, dining area and bathrooms, granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances, walk in shower in both bathrooms, overhead LED lighting, ceiling fans, wood floors and more. The result is a very open, airy & beachy atmosphere. Repeat guests love the upgrades!
The unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. There is a large balcony off of the living room and a smaller one off of the primary bedroom. Perfect for enjoying meals and observing the manicured grounds, the oceanfront pool, the beach and ever changing Atlantic Ocean. Watch for dolphins playing close to shore, shrimp boats along with other ships on the horizon heading to the Port of Savannah or out to sea. Coligny Plaza is a short 5 to 7 minute walk with numerous shops, restaurants & more. The new Lowcountry Celebration Park is also a short walk away and offers a great playground for small children.
