This unit does not face the ocean, but is just steps to the beach. Guests staying in Ocean One 504 enjoy a landscape view and won't have to cross a street to reach the Atlantic Ocean and its white sandy beaches. 5th floor ocean-side condo sleeps up to 8 people. King in BR1, Two Queens in BR2, and a living room sleeper sofa. After hours in the surf, vacationers rinse under the outdoor shower located on the complex's private beach walkway and then dip into the oceanfront swimming pool. Ocean One has added a brand new grilling area to the complex just beyond the pool. Ocean One is a five story elevator building located in South Forest Beach. Among the amenities offered throughout Hilton Head Island, Ocean One is one block from the Coligny Beach Market, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages.
This unit has been renovated in 2016, New Flooring, New Kitchen, Baths, all New Furniture!

Beach vacation 2024

Beautiful Beach location

This was just one of 3 units we rented in the property for a family vacation of 15. This unit was more updated than the other units. My only wish for this one was a ceiling fan or at least a portable fan. It’s a 5th floor unit and the balcony faces the parking lot, but the price reflected that. The Beach and pool were awesome!

Ocean One is our favorite location!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is in a great location, can’t get any better! The condo itself is in acceptable condition but was disgustingly dirty! I’m assuming that this is not the case on a regular basis.I have to say the condo owner and property management company were both accommodating when called upon and for that I thank you!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the property is wonderful, we have stayed in various units in this complex for the past 38 years. We have previously stayed in this unit and rebooked it for the quality of the condo.When we arrived the door for one of the bathrooms would not move. It would open a few inches but would go no further. I contacted the office on check in day and was told that the swelling has to go down before the door could be repaired. We went the whole week without that being repaired. This made one of the two bathrooms of the condo unusable by many of our party.I am not sure we will be selecting this condo again.
