Ocean One is a five story elevator building located in South Forest Beach and boasts an oceanfront pool with a private walkway to the ocean.
Ocean One has added a brand new grilling area to the complex just beyond the pool.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view from the top balcony was great. The private entrance into the beach allowed for easy access, and the opportunity to setup early. It's a bit of a truck regardless if you're beaching, but you should know that going in. The twin beds in the bedroom are SMALL. So when they say Twin, they mean it. The place would be a bit better with one big bed in that room.

Overall we enjoyed and do not hesitate to book again .

We are fortunate to be able to come for the winter. 503 doesn't just have the BEST view on the island but it is outfitted with everything we need including new bathrooms....

Limited kitchen supplies, heavy winter quilts on twin beds, no light weight blankets available.

I have stayed at Ocean One for years, and always have been very pleased. This Condo was dated, and had no greeting supplies available for kitchen and baths. With what we paid, I feel like there should have been more. Overall experience I love Ocean One, but our condo could use some work.

Had a couple of kids with us that wanted to sleep on the sofa bed. When we let it out, there were rat droppings in the mattress. So NO to sleeping there.!. All and all a good time.

The property is located is great. Can walk to Coligny and go Jim’s Pool Bar. The only complaint was the listing. Below the photos, it says new carpet, paint. Etc... but that apparently was several years ago. The carpets in the bedrooms do need updating. And the couch was kinda gross. But other than that... the unit is ok. We didn’t spend that much time inside anyway. Would come again.

We have stayed at Ocean One many times. The condo this year was dirty had hair in tub shower nozzle was loose toaster didn’t work coffee maker didn’t work toilet runs no stopper in bathroom sink. Shower doors not on correct. Mold on ceiling no exhaust fan in bathrooms sheets were old and had balks on them from wear. I think this is enough to let you know how disappointed we were. Won’t be back at that condo ever

Seashore Vacations still the best on the island!!! already have made made reservations for 2023!! Same unit 503...If your planning a vacation to HHI start with Seashore they are very professional, truly enjoy what they do!!!! 01/503 is located exactly where you need to be close to everything u need from groceries,shopping,restaurants and of coarse the beach!!! the view from 503 is bad restaurants on HHI!! but try Fish Camp,Ela's Nunzio's and Pomodori's...would definitely recommend 01/503 to a family or friend or family... Can't wait to return !!!!!!!!!!!

The unit is outfitted perfectly for my wife and me.Including micro,coffee maker,washer and dryer and the all important blender and Wifi. Plus several other items to make your stay whether its a week or three months very comfortable!!! Ocean One is situated perfectly everything is within walking distances including groceries,shopping at coligney plaza and the all important liquor store if needed. Don't forget to rent a bike to ride on the beach. But beware of which direction the wind is blowing!!!! You will find staying at Ocean One and especially 503 you will want to come back year after year!!!!

Have stayed in several units but 503 ranks in the top three we have rented. We do plan on renting 503 again next year!! The view is incredible!!!! The unit is outfitted perfectly for us. Plus its always clean when we arrive. One of the big pluses is Seashore Vacation Rentals.. We had a problem with the internet i called and talked to Lynn and Richard was there within an hour and I was back online in a half hour..Not only is 503 where u want to stay but Ocean One is situated perfectly for all your needs. Along with Seashore having your back for any problems you might experience while vacationing at Ocean One!!!

Accommodations at 503 were less than stellar! Dirty dishes, dirty floors, missing electrical plate cover missing in dining room bookshelf, dishwasher not safe when loading dishes, as it is not screwed on to the counter top, water came in when hurricane Idalia blew water in under the sliding door and had to place towels there to keep water from coming into the living area, master bath plumbing needs screwed to not float around, master shower doors flop around, hole in second bath door, neither bathroom fans work to any effect, HOA needs to invest in deep pocket sheets as the current sheets do not stay where they are supposed to! Owner needs to do some major upgrades! Seashore Vacations is a great company and we really enjoyed our stay, even tho the condo was not the greatest, and of course Ocean One being right on the ocean is great! Many thanks! :)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was in an absolutely perfect location. The balcony views of the beach and ocean were fantastic! We saw plenty of dolphins from our fifth floor perch along with a merlin (pigeon hawk) whose residence was the tree near the balcony. It was an easy walk to Coligny Plaza which was awesome. The condo is dated and the furniture is adequate but not necessarily nice. The balcony chairs were not in great shape and there were some other "janky" issues with lamps in one of the bedrooms. The bathroom door became jammed and it appears that this was because of the installation of two different kinds of doorknobs. None of this clouded our view of the experience and I would rent this condo again. Some reviewers complained of the nightly live music next door but we did not find it to be too loud. All of the performers were quite good actually and it was nice sitting on the balcony listening to them. The music always ended at 10pm so this was no issue for us. I would recommend this condo as long as you know going in that it is dated and worn down a little. That's not to say that it wasn't clean because it was, but if you're going with the intention of spending a lot of time inside the condo, then you may be disappointed. I'm not sure why you would go to HHI to do that but be forewarned if that is your intention. Spend your time out and about and on the balcony when you're at the condo. The fifth floor view is worth the money with beach access and convenience to Coligny a perfect combination.

The fact that as soon as your unit is clean and they text you you are allowed in is fabulous! Never had to wait until 4 pm!!!! This unit is located in a perfect ocean front view. Close to a music venue, so if that's going to disturb you, be mindful. We happened to enjoy the local talent. Close enough to Coligny Square to walk also. We defwould stay here again. Condo has a full washer and dryer for families that need it also.

We enjoyed beautiful views of ocean from our balcony and enjoyed the live bands from the Tiki Hut just below us while sitting on the balcony in the evenings. We had a front row seat for the rising of the full moon.

Kitchen lights need replaced. I had to use flashlight to see coffee maker buttons, dishwasher tips out as top rack pulled out, and had 3 toasters none of which worked properly. Bathroom exhaust fans didn’t work, ceiling needs repaired, medicine cabinet in main bath interior covered in rust and not usable. TV in living room is dying. Difficult to see picture in daytime.

The rental was old and not as described at all. Description said new paint, new furniture and new carpet. It was described as recently renovated. This was all false. Paint is stained and chipped, there is no carpet in the bedrooms as pictured in the description. There are 2 very old and dirty area rugs in the living room. The furniture is all old and outdated. The bathrooms had mold in the showers. The one shower didn’t drain properly. The dishwasher was not mounted at all and fell out everytime you opened it. All and all it worked for our family but I would not rent this condo again. I called to let them know the first day that I was unhappy with this condo and it wasn’t as described. I was told someone would call me and they never did.
