The house was clean, spacious, and located in a great neighborhood. Overall, it was a comfortable place to stay and well worth it.Unfortunately, the private swimming pool was unavailable due to storm damage before our stay. The community also offers amenities, including a pool, but we were required to register at the community office before we could use them. The office closes early (around 2:00 PM), and with our trip itinerary/check in time, we weren’t able to register in time. When we finally had the opportunity, it was July 4th and the office was closed. We feel this registration requirement should have been communicated before our arrival, or the guest passes should have been provided in advance. Knowing this ahead of time would have made planning much easier. The garage also had a noticeable dog odor, which was a bit unpleasant. Additionally, the backyard and fire pit area were somewhat disorganized and could have been better maintained.Overall, we enjoyed the house and would recommend it. Just be aware that if you plan to use the community amenities, be sure to register with the community office as soon as you arrive or early the next morning.
