This 1 story, private retreat sleeps 12 & is packed with unique activities designed for your entertainment including serene backyard with firepit, game room with pool table, multi-cade arcade game & kitchen stocked with all major cooking utensils!

MINI-GOLF AND EXCELLENT RECREATION AREAS
One of the best things about the cabin is its amenities and location! You never need to leave the cabin to enjoy your vacation! You are surrounded by custom, luxury design touches from the whiskey barrel bathroom vanities to the hand made log wood bar. There is a unique recreation room, 5-hole mini-golf course with two large outdoor play areas, a stunning private backyard with views of the smoky mountains through the trees. The backyard is perfect for your mountain getaway with firepit, large hot tub, string lights, outdoor games and more! Indoor there is a classic pool table, large HD TVs, multi-cade whiskey barrel arcade game, and board games all included in your stay! This cabin is also located in the highly desirable Gatlinburg Arts & Crafts district and a very short, easy 3.4 mile drive from the main Gatlinburg parkway.

Mini-Golf Course, play house and Playset:
• Adjacent to the cabin is a 5-hole, professional grade, mini-golf course!
• A 30-foot, wooden train play set, hopscotch, and tire crawl is next to this mini-golf course and the cabin, perfect for a family play area.
• Right up the hill from the golf course is a whimsical little play house for kids
• The golf course, playset and play house are the only shared amenity. The golf course/playset/play house are shared only with you and one other cabin we manage next door! ALL OTHER CABIN AMENITIES BELOW ARE PRIVATE AND FOR YOUR EXCLUSIVE USE WHILE YOU STAY.

LIVING ROOM –The living room is surrounded by hand crafted tongue and groove, knotty pine walls and ceiling. The space is connected to the kitchen and dining room that has a gas fireplace, making it warm and cozy. The dining area has a custom rustic wood table with seating for eight and four bar stools at the custom kitchen bar. We have two full size plush leather couches, one that pulls out into a queen bed, which really sets the space apart as a place to watch TV, relax and enjoy the mountains! This space is ready for you to relax and enjoy the mountains or binge watch from the 65" HD Flat Screen TV.

BEDROOMS
The cabin sleeps up to 14 guests with 5 bedrooms and a queen mattress pull out sofa in the living room. Each bedroom is appointed with beautiful Smoky Mountain themed quilts, local hand crafted log frame beds and cozy comforters. Two of the bedrooms are suites with full bathrooms attached to the bedroom.

DINING ROOM – Custom reclaimed wood dining table with seating for 8 right next to the kitchen bar with seating for 4 more. There is also an outdoor dining table perfect for 6 to enjoy dinner

KITCHEN – Well-appointed with all the major utensils, silverware, dishes, glasses and cookware needed for you to create & serve gourmet meals. Electric stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc.

• Just minutes from this cabin is the beautiful Gatlinburg Community Center - a complex with indoor swimming pool, basketball court, ping pong, bowling alley, weight room and showers. For a very reasonable fee visitors are welcome to take advantage of this beautiful complex.
• Convenient paved parking with plenty of space for 5 standard size SUVs. No RV or trailer parking permitted.
• Heating & A/C
• We provide a set of starter supplies to allow you to get settled when you arrive. They include 2 trash bags, 2 dishwasher pods, a paper towel roll, a small liquid dish soap bottle, a toilet paper, a small bottle of shampoo, body lotion, body wash, conditioner and a soap bar for each bathroom, towels, bed and linens. They are designed so that you are all set when you arrive but not to last the entire trip
• Our close proximity to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park means there is lots of wildlife in our area - black bears, deer, wild turkeys, raccoons, coyotes, fox, and more! Black bears visit the cabin often in Spring, Summer and Fall. You may get lucky and catch a glimpse of one of these residents while enjoying the view from the deck. We also contract regular monthly pest services which treat for all pests from multiple types of bugs, mice, etc. Despite our regular treatments, given the proximity of the cabin to the park, it is possible these pests can temporarily enter the cabin. We immediately respond and treat if anything comes up and have found it is rare to come across anything like this.
Guest access
Our guests will have the full cabin to themselves.
Other things to note
We are taking extra precautions to ensure guest safety:

• All hard & soft surfaces cleaned with Micro-Ban including: counters, vanities, sinks, floors, stair rails, cabinets, doors, furniture, beds, pillows, carpets, comforters, etc. throughout cabin.
• Lysol is used thoroughly on all compatible surfaces to clean and disinfect
• Bleach-based cleaners used in all bathrooms and kitchens, that allow use of chlorine products.
• Linens (bedding, towels, etc) – removed & washed offsite in temperatures exceeding those recommended for laundry operations, then packaged until the housekeeping staff are ready to put them out for guests.
• Hot Tub -- Drained, cleaned, fresh Bromine added and refilled after every guest
• Construction is taking place at the lot next door, at times there can be noise or dust generated during the early stages of the construction process
• Cabin inspected regularly after cleaning and inspectors perform additional applications of protective products in the cabin, such as MicroBan and Lysol.
• Cleaning staff received additional education on disinfection protocols and are furnished with protective gloves, changing them for fresh pairs as needed during cleaning & disinfection of the home.
