New Pier Coming In 2027!! Please Read

*Mexico Beach will began construction on the new pier that will replace the one that was destroyed by hurricane Micheal. This project is scheduled to began Jan 1st 2027 -Nov 30th 2027. The location site is on 37th st, directly in front of the complex. Beach access will be available on 38th st, but will be near the construction area.

There are several public beach access points near by.
The condo pricing has been reduced to reflect this inconvenience.

This ocean view condo is approximately a 3 minute walk to the beach.
The condo can sleep 4 adults and 2 children.
There are 2 bedrooms with full baths, a bunk cove in the hall, and a sofa sleeper in the living room.
Master bedroom has a king size bed and guest bedroom has a queen.
Complex provides a pool, hot tub, and grilling area and elevator.
Condo is located across Hwy 98 with convenient crosswalk directly in front of complex.
Other amenities include:
6 beach chairs, beach cart, fully stocked kitchen with all cookware needed, washer and dryer in unit, WiFi, smart TVs, direct tv, and Keurig coffee maker.
Parking: one private parking space beneath unit and parking lot for additional vehicles. Elevator located in complex.
