The villa now features a brand new extended decking area and a newly added splash pool with a covered gazebo area, creating additional space for sunbathing, relaxing, outdoor dining, and taking in panoramic sunsets. LIVING AREA
We’re always taking advantage of our enviable view, and Turtle Point villa’s living area is no exception, with large windows and full length doors opening onto the spacious patios that invite the sunshine into this comfortable lounge. As with the rest of the villa, the living area is decorated in fresh, bright colours complete with cable television, cozy seating and stylish furnishings.

KITCHEN AND DINING AREA
Along with a fully equipped kitchen to meet every culinary need, the dinning area in Turtle Point villa seats up to eight guests and is situated on the covered patio area for the most charming al fresco dinning experience.

BEDROOMS
The primary bedroom with a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom and private patio, is located on the upper level and boasts the most spectacular view of the property.

The main floor has two bedrooms, en-suite bathroom and private patios, separated by the dining and kitchen area

On the Ground floor of Turtle Point villa there is a cosy double bedroom, with an en-suite bathroom, private patio and kitchenette. It overlooks an additional inviting pool, shaded gazebo, sun loungers and beautifully landscaped sourroundings, making the outdoor experience more enjoyable. This self-contained unit with its own private entrance on the ground floor can also be rented separatly from the main villa.

The Main villa’s new extended deck and splash pool enhance an already impressive outdoor setting. Guests can enjoy the pool, shaded gazebo, sun loungers, a Barbecue grill and multiple terrace spaces designed for relaxation and entertaining. With stunning sunset views and the crystal-clear waters of Princess Margaret Beach only a short walk away, Turtle Point Villa is an idyllic and romantic Caribbean hideaway.

We all loved the infinity pool with the incredible view of the bay. Also, all the rooms were comfortable with good air conditioning. The house could also be opened up almost completely to take advantage of the nice breeze that is ever present during the day. The host is very attentive, and helped us to get a taxi from the ferry to the home. Anytime I had a question she responded quickly. The housekeeper kept the home perfectly clean and everything was tidied while we were away. Outstanding property and owner!!

We all just loved our stay. None of us had ever been to Bequia before but we will definitely be back. The villa is in a fabulous and convenient location and we felt very much part of the community. Very friendly locals and taxi drivers.

Just the loveliest house in the best position, right above Princess Margaret Beach, 2 minutes' walk from the front door to the sand. 15 minute's walk from the shops of Port Elizabeth, walking past all the lovely bars and restaurants that line the Belmont Walkway. The house is large and very well furnished, lots of outdoor seating areas, with the most amazing views of the sea, facing due west for the wonderful sunsets. Also the swimming pool is beautiful and lovely for a refreshing dip or midnight swim! The maids who come daily are lovely and do a great job of keeping the place tip-top. Can't wait to return!

Amazing house in stunning location

The house is beautiful in an awesome location and everything is as described on the website. Nina and her team are great, very responsive pre-trip and great whilst we were there. Stunning views over the ocean above St. Margaret's bay with the beach and Jack's bar less that a 5 minute walk away (note: there are a number of steps to climb). The property is large and can comfortably accommodate 8 adults - lots of living space and and four air conditioned bedrooms. The pool is great and it has an adjoining BBQ area with a new grill. You can walk in to the town (about 15 minutes via the ocean front board walk which starts near Jack's bar) or you can get a taxi (Steve McQueen was recommended to us by Nina and was brilliant) for about $25ECD return trip. Definitely recommend the taxi for your initial grocery trip. You can also take a water taxi from the town back for $20ECD. There are a few comments on previous reviews regarding mosquitos. Bequia has mosquitos and they do bite - but f you take some decent spray (30%+ Deet) and use it (!) then they are not an issue. We were there with family over Christmas and had an amazing time - 100% recommend this house. It is in a lovely quiet location, yet close enough to walk to the bars and restaurants if you want to head out.

The view

Well appointed location, close to beach, restaurants and town. The views are amazing. All staff very helpful and friendly. Carmena, the housekeeper, prepared a few meals for us which was lovely. Nina, you’re so lucky to have such wonderful staff. They really made our stay more enjoyable. We are now back home and missing the sun, the beach and the gorgeous views from the villa.

Quirky, characterful villa with wonderful views

Superb location less than two minutes walk from the sea, 15 minutes walk from the shops, and the same in the other direction to quieter Lower Bay. On some days/evenings can be a bit noisy from the beach-front bar below. Well-equipped villa, and with decent WiFi. We’ve had a lovely stay.

Turtle Point Villa - a sensuous massage of the mind

Turtle Point villa! What an amazing holiday - relaxing, rejuvenating, re-energizing! Turtle Point is ideally located, a stone's throw (literally) from Princess Margaret Beach - a marvellous stretch of beach, ideal for swimming, sunbathing and snoozing. The town of Port Elizabeth is located nearby, an easy and scenic stroll along the boardwalk or by a gentle water taxi ride. There are numerous restaurants located nearby serving delicious food with great vistas of the sea. Turtle Point is a four bedroom, four bathroom villa. It is comfortable, modern, clean and well-maintained. There is also a pool that we made good use of while sipping on rum punches and enjoying the magnificent sunsets. The host team comprising Afican, Carmina and Josephine are welcoming, friendly and professional and ensured that we had the best possible stay. We enjoyed many delicious home cooked meals compliments of Josephine and Carmina and African provided an unforgettable sail (food and drinks included) to neighbouring islands in the Grenadines on his catamaran. I highly recommend Turtle Point Villa in beautiful Bequia and I will certainly return!

The BEST in BEQUIA

This is my fourth stay in Turtle Villa. This year I took a look around at other vacation rentals and by far this rental home has it all ! Carmina and Josephine, the local advisors and housekeepers, will do anything to make your stay the way you would like it. Great space and layout for friends or family travelling together, perfect separation for all to spread out and have privacy. Plenty of sheltered sitting & dining areas in the event of rain and or shade from the sun. Lovely linens, comfortable beds and a superior stocked kitchen, to enjoy meals at home, Also steps to the beach so that you have it all ! Nina is a great host and communicator making sure your needs are met and the transaction is smooth. For New Englanders check out Norwegian's direct flights to Guadeloupe or Martinique, overnight there then fly to Bequia the next day. This route is more desirable and faster than going to St. Vincent.

Wonderful Holiday in a perfect location

Wonderful family holiday, villa is a great size, each room with private bathroom. Spectacular views to wake up to every morning and great balconies to sit and enjoy where you are. Nice pool and even though the villa below is only a few steps away you are totally private. 5 mins to Princess Margret's beach which is the best beach on the island and a 15 to 20 min walk along the Belmont pathway to the shops and numerous restaurants. Both Carmina and Josephine (your daily housekeepers) kept the place wonderfully. The one negative thing is the mosquitoes - so bring plenty of repellent. We will be back....

Breath-taking views, clear crystal waters, warm friendly staff that are thoughtful and caring, fantastic food, gorgeous sunsets, 5- 10 minute walk to the shops, market, bakery, restaurants and Port, lots to see and do - sailing to partying. Its perfect location is the ideal villa just having a quiet time or hanging with a few friends poolside. We will always love this slice of paradise. It remains my husband's favourite place to just 'be', he says because it's not just paradise it's paradise uninterrupted!

A Truly Amazing Home Away from Home

Being a stone throw from Princess Margaret Beach while staying at Turtle Point Villa was an absolute dream. It was truly amazing to wake up to the crashing of aqua waves against white sand and fall asleep to breathtaking fiery sunsets. Whilst at the villa it felt like being at a hidden haven away from the hustle and bustle of life, but it's convenient location meant that it was a short drive or dingy boat ride from all the quaint and charming restaurants lining Bequia waterfront. The housekeepers were so lovely and accommodating and I must say the 4 large fresh lobsters poking out of the boiling pot were a treat. African who operates a catamaran was such a great host on the seas allowing us to explore the waters of the grenadines. Our friends stayed at Flamingo Bay Villa connected to Turtle Point Villa so Bequia Villas is a great option if you are travelling in a large group or having a family reunion. Can't wait for my next visit.

bed bug nightmare

we stayed here in October for 2 weeks after reading reviews, it is really a shame as location is very good short walk into port Elizabeth, it is very dated and but we could live with that but the real problem with our stay was the bed bugs which were terrible . we were a family group of 8 and the eldest boys stayed in bottom bit , its like guest rooms next to pool . under house they had to sleep on sofa after 2 days because of the smell and the bites from bed bugs. do not stay here it will ruin your holiday , Bequia is a beautiful island well worth a visit.

Lovely home; wonderful staff; Bequia is amazing

We had such a wonderful stay in Bequia. The villa was very well kept up. Plenty of outside space, a beautiful pool, comfortable bedrooms. We really appreciated having daily housekeeping. Everyone at the villa was so helpful to us -- they arranged day trips on a catamaran, helped us when our luggage was delayed from the flight, and gave us travel advice on our way back to St Vincent that saved us a lot of time. When we left Bequia it felt like we were leaving family.

Incredible and enchanting

I am blown away with this charming island of Bequia. I've only spent 3 days so far at this most charming villa at Turtle Point and I just cannot contain my pleasure at my villa experience. This villa is just perfect for our group of friends. The villa is spacious yet intimate and all the rooms reflect the vibrant colours of the Caribbean. The staff are exceptional. Josephine and Carmina prepared the most delicious caribbean style fish and the local callaloo soup......what a treat. Our beach is right there!! I mean, one of the best beaches I have ever seen. The water is crystal clear and the sand is so soft and white. There is also a walkway right from the beach into Port Elizabeth town with restaurants, cafes and shops along this scenic route. I have not even finished my vacation yet but I know that I will be back very soon. Best holiday!!

Wonderful location, stunning views

This place is paradise! We are two families with children age 7 and 5 and this house could not have been more perfectly situated. It is on the beach, with a priceless view over the bay, has a great pool AND walkable to Port Elizabeth. Carmina the housekeeper keeps everything clean and in order and her daughter cooked us a wonderful local dinner one night. The owner, Nina, was also very responsive and helpful. Unforgettable vacation! Thank you!

Wonderful three weeks

This was our second visit to Turtle Point and this time for three weeks. Great location, we swam at the beach every morning before breakfast. Very pleasant walk to Port Elizabeth and also to Lower Bay. Carmina looked after us which was a real treat.
