Six Flags and Sea World are within a 15-min drive, making it an ideal spot for families and groups. A Brand-New Central AC (entire home) was installed July 2024. Home features 4 bedrooms, including 3 queen beds and 2 twin beds, living room sitting area, spacious kitchen with island seating, brand new appliances, gas cooking, washer, dryer, WiFi, desk, back yard patio seating, dining room and offers a pleasant, safe and soothing atmosphere for guests. You'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay home away from home. Whether you're traveling with family or friends, this property provides a comfortable and enjoyable experience. What I enjoy most about this historic neighborhood is that it offers the best of what San Antonio has to offer in a safe and welcoming environment. The location is convenient making travel seamless to several destinations.

What makes this property unique

This fully remodeled 4 bedroom, 1700 sq ft home stands out with it's luxurious and comfort feel and it's unique character. Originally built in the 1940's, you'll notice an unfinished loft upstairs, still trying to figure out where to add the access, this will be fun. Everything inside home is brand-new, ensuring a comfortable and safe stay. Our home is situated on a HUGE lot 1/2 acre, plenty of room to relax and play.

The outdoor structures are currently being renovated to include additional sleeping quarters, game room and fun activities for the kids and entire family.
