Very close to Downtown and the things offered there in San Antonio. The bathrooms were amazing, as well as the comfortable beds. This house is right off of a main road, but the noise was not too excessive to make it distracting. Overall, a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again upon a return trip to SA! Go Spurs!

Property was nice AF! We really enjoyed the stay here as well, the rooms, bathrooms and decor were amazing. We had fun and the beds were comfortable too. Host was very responsive and understanding as my kids weren’t listed on the reservation but he let them still come with NO EXTRA charge. Location was nice just you hear the cars coming back and forth in the master bedroom—other than that it’s nice and cool air conditioning, plenty space and 3-10 mins to food locations . I will be back to this one for sure!

This is a great host with an even better property! From the beginning, the host communicated promptly, the property was in a location that met our needs for quick back and forth travel to Our Lady of the Lake University, and the rental truly felt like home. We enjoyed our stay so much, this will be our first choice in future trips to San Antonio.

Kitchen was fully euipped for cooking. We didn't do much cooking however as we spent most of our time out of the house after breakfast time. We were able to find plenty of grocery stores nearby as well.

Elegant comfortable home

Great property and great location. We stayed here for a basketball tournament. Home was very nice, comfortable, had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, bathrooms were very nice, and the location was very close to downtown, riverwalk, and restaurants. Carlos was very responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely stay again.

This home was older with the best updates ever. It was warm and inviting when we entered. Check In was super easy parking was simple in the front and the back of the home which was gated in the back. Felt very safe. Only minor issue with the wifi contacted the host and he called me and let me know he would be looking into it. Went out for the day came back everything was working and we had no issues of any sort after. Kitchen had everything needed although it was vacation so we decided not to cook. Restrooms rooms everything was clean and tidy. And the price for what we got was amazing. Didn't have a tv in one of the rooms where my teen was sleeping but we live local so had a tv brought from home from my bf who arrived a day later. That was a big thing because she wasn't able to sleep without the lamp on and slept with headphones. Rode noise is extremely loud all through the night be we still slept great after long days. Close to everything like within 5-10min We will definitely stay here again.

Beautifully restored house

We stayed here during the NCAA Final Four. Great place to stay. Very clean. Convenient to anywhere in San Antonio via ride share. Two very good Tex-Mex breakfast restaurants within 15 minutes walking. Everyone we met in the neighborhood was very friendly. The house is next to a busy street and you do occasionally hear a loud truck or car, but it really wasn't a big deal. Carlos was immediately available and easy to work with when we had a question.

Great property/relaxing stay

We rented this property in order to celebrate Thanksgiving with our son who is training in the Air Force. The property was perfect, allowing comfortable bedrooms and plenty of room in the Kitchen, dining and living room to accomodate all of us as we made memories. The property was gated which allowed for safety of our vehicles being parked in the back yard. The only downside may have been the busy road that it is in on the corner of. Alot of traffic but it was not a deal breaker, I would rent this property again.

Definitely will be staying here again when visiting. Communication was great with host. House was clean.Only thing missing is maybe a more inviting porch area. It is so spacious and it would be awesome to hangout there on some evenings. There were lawn chairs though that we could take outside. Also, we spent one evening at a nearby park. Kids enjoyed that. Water pressure was perfect, very important to me.
