Wonderful family vacation

My family and i absolutely loved our stay. The location was perfect, we were close to anything we wanted to do. Our children loved swimming at the pool all day. The condo itself was also so cozy and nice. Bummer that the balcony was under construction but maybe we’ll be back in the future to get use of it then!

Condo was fantastic. Only hiccup was there was hair in the shower drain and rubber glove left on the floor nothing that will take away from a great place. Beds were comfortable, great views of the ocean from the living room. Would highly recommend renting this unit

Though it is an older building, the unit itself is updated. Very clean, accessible parking, steps from the beach, with spectacular views. Front door lock sticks and can be challenge entering the unit. Overall a very nice stay.

Great Family Vacay

We loved our stay! You can’t beat this location. 4th floor, overlooking the ocean, and a pool too. Our kids loved it, only problem we were a bit crammed in the condo just because there were 9 of us. We would definitely come back if it weren’t for it being a bit small for our crew!! We loved this area of Myrtle Beach!!

Great getaway

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Carolina Dunes. Amazing beach access, walking distance to many great restaurants. It’s great for kids under 16. We didn’t get to use the pool but it looks great as well. The condo has beach chairs, a wake board and some general beach accessories provided. We will definitely be coming back next Summer/Fall.

When we got into the unit we had to vacuum the floor Because of Sandy. The dining room table had to be wiped down.There were some underwear in the closet. Candy wrapper underneath the table in the living room. I would not classify the unit as luxury. It was dated. There was a lot of kitchenware. The linens and towels were clean and plentiful. Beds were comfortable. TVs in every bedroom. Great location.

Good but had it's moments

My overall impression of the property is the title! Good, but had it's moments. The rooms were a great size, room to move around. The beds were firm which we weren't use to. I do not recommend taking 2 showers at the same time. Water pressure issue. The water pipes in the wall in the master bath did rattle when turning water on but was just from the initial force. The sleeper sofa couch was a little uncomfortable if you sit for awhile. Good view of the ocean from the balcony. Refrigerator does take almost 24 hours to get cold, so have a cooler handy. If you do have upstairs neighbors, it will be noisy when they drag chairs across the floor or running children. The pool area can be loud but it does clear out by 10pm. The other hotels next door must not have this rule. Screaming kids until midnight. To add, the maintenance person will be using a blower around 7-730am for those who need to sleep in after a late night. The door lock is somewhat challenging but technical people can figure it out. Small elevators so just be aware. A very positive thing is you will have your own parking spot under the building for one car. All in all, it was a nice place. If you get the right conditions, it could be very relaxing.
