NO streets to cross and NO cars on this stretch of beach. 1 house from ocean. Great Views. 1 king, 2 queens and 2 full beds sleep 10, even without using airbed. Chairs/tent/beach toys/games/books/grill. Kitchen ready to cook, iron, bath supplies. Walking distance to food, bars, shops, and music. Close to Historic Downtown. Chill, cool vintage beach house!
Enjoy amenities, including ready-to-cook kitchen, W/D, desk, two really good HVAC units, WiFi, Weber coal grill, outdoor shower, beach chairs, and beach toys.
Have your coffee on the front deck overlooking the ocean and walk to local restaurants, bars, ice cream and gelato shops!

I am a second generation descendant of the Boatman, who immigrated to the U.S. from the Greek island of Symi at the turn of the century. Symi was known for centuries for its boat building excellence and the Boatman was the first shrimp boat builder in St. Augustine’s history. As a long time local, I’m happy to offer tips on where to go and what to do! My husband owns iconic Surf Station Surf Company, which makes it easy to provide you with surf rentals and hook you up with surfing lessons!
