Updated 3 bedroom, 2 bath vacation rental in a quiet residential area with a short walk or bike to the beach. This ground level duplex is one level (no stairs), and is conveniently located within close proximity to the beach and to Breach Inlet. The upstairs unit is not a rental, and is reserved exclusively for occasional family use.
The front porch features an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water. A private and spacious screened porch can be found along the back of the house, complete with a gas grill and furniture for outdoor dining and relaxing. The washer and dryer are behind louvered doors on the screened porch. The kitchen hosts stainless appliances and granite counter tops. All three bedrooms and the living room, has a flat-screen cable TV. Wi-Fi and Linens Included. Please no smoking, and no pets.

The property was exactly what was advertised. It was homey and a comfortable getaway. It was close to activities in the Charleston area. We enjoyed our stay!!!
We loved our stay here! It was extremely close to the beach and all the stores and restaurants! The check-in process was very easy! This house had everything we needed for a great beach week!
No complaints. Weather perfect for beach stroll on Sunday, but Old Man Winter arrived on Monday. Turns out we didn’t need the paper products & hair dryer on the list of things to bring. This place is comfortable & inviting. Thank you for the opportunity to have us.

Loved this house. Not fancy, but warm,cozy and quiet.Had everything we needed. Clean and well maintained. Great location, very short walk to the beach.Loved the enclosed patio in the back yard. We will definitely stay there again.
Good location, easy 5 minute walk to the beach, bedroom and bathroom layout works perfect for our family of 5. Open kitchen / living room is great for family time together. Outdoor shower is convenient when returning from the beach. Do be aware that there is an upstairs unit above this one but it was not an issue for us.
My clan and I descended upon the Charleston area for a few days to celebrate my younger son's graduation. It was a delight to stay so close to the beach and have a place to hang during down time — close to good restaurants and (again) close to the beach. Our accommodations were clean, comfortable and close. Thanks for everything.
Excellent location with walking distance access to the beach. The property is well maintained.
Nice beach cottage. Quite neighborhood. All bedrooms have a good size and the kitchen is very functional. Liked the screened patio area at the back of the property. Definitely a great place to spend a vacation with your family.

Enjoyed our stay! We would return.
For over forty years, we head south once or twice a year to Isle of Palms and stay with family or in rentals. This little retreat is another fabulous discovery. Everything was clean and beachy. We already recommended it to five friends. Come relax and get the true IOP beach vibe in this darling cottage.
The beach house was the perfect location 10-20 minute drive to restaurants and shops. 35 minutes to down town Charleston. A very short walk to the beach. The home was clean, kitchen well stocked, screened porch with grill , outdoor shower, and comfy beds. We had the opportunity to meet the owner's and they were so nice. Will definitely rent again.

Comfortable and inviting property. We enjoyed the spaciousness, and loved imagining the family history from the photos. We kept the front and back doors open to enjoy breeze through the living area after being on the beach. I didn't know a denim sofa was missing from my life until our visit.
