This property was outstanding. Everything was spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The architecture, layout, and overall aesthetic were even better in person — spacious, modern, and incredibly comfortable for a group stay. It was quiet and peaceful throughout our visit, making it easy to relax and enjoy Malibu.Communication from the very beginning and all the way through checkout was excellent. We had an incredible stay at this property and would highly recommend it. The house was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. The amenities were excellent, and everything felt thoughtfully prepared for a comfortable and relaxing experience. What truly stood out was the level of service. The property manager was exceptional—responsive and helpful even before booking as we worked through questions, and equally attentive during our stay. Having a direct text line for quick support made everything seamless, especially when we had a few questions about the pool and heating. When we inquired about scheduled maintenance during our stay, she was very responsive and worked quickly to adjust it so it did not interfere. It is a truly lovely home, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.
