Beautifully renovated Sealoft Villa! Close to the Beach! Great Marsh Views! Amenity Cards!

From the moment you walk to the front deck, you will be struck by the peace and serenity of the marsh that surrounds this home. But the marsh view is not the only highlight. Upon entering, you will notice the simple beauty of this appointed home. The deep green and blue decor offers a cheery retreat. Hardwood floors add warmth to this open home. An electric fireplace adds ambiance on crisp evenings. Enjoy watching your favorite movies or TV shows on the large 4K HDTV. The wall of windows allow sunlight and lush views. Comfortable furnishings invite you to relax.
The updated kitchen features soft gray granite counters, stainless steel appliances, a deep sink, and pretty white cabinetry. Glass doors offer a glimpse into the well stocked cabinets. This is a chef's paradise - complete with a large pot for a low country shrimp boil! The island even has seating so you can enjoy company while you cook. The dining area is surrounded by windows allowing sunlight to stream. The rich wood dining table seats 6. The open floor plan allows a great flow of conversation between your family and friends. Barbecue on the gas grill stored under the home.
There are three bedrooms in this home. The master bedroom is on the first floor and has a king sized bed, an HDTV, en suite bath, and sliding doors to one of the home's 3 decks. The master bath has a large vanity and a shower. The deck has a bistro table perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while watching the egrets fish for their breakfast. The 2nd bedroom is also on the first level and has a queen bed, an HDTV an adjoining, updated bath (also accessible from the hall) with a shower/tub.
Head upstairs to the loft that has 2 twin beds and desk with a TV and DVD player. The loft nook overlooks the living room and offers space to read or play a game on the small table for two. Sliding doors lead to a deck with chairs. Catch the sun's rays or watch the stars shine at night. The view of the lush marsh is breathtaking no matter what time of year you are here. There is an outdoor patio with with chairs and table facing a large grassy area for playing yard games. There is also an outdoor shower for your use after a day at the beach.
While peaceful and serene, this home is also conveniently located to so many of Seabrook's amenities. It is only a matter of steps to the recently improved Sealoft community pool. A short walk takes you to the beach boardwalk with miles of beach and the beautiful Atlantic. The Beach Club pools, Seabrook Island Club, Pelican's Nest restaurant and golf courses are only a half-mile away.
** Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 2
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass
LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver's license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children
Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.
Up to (1) dog (up to 30lbs) allowed with additional fee to apply.
Great location, beautifully appointed, and access to all of Seabrook's amenities! There is also an outdoor shower for washing off those sandy beach bodies. A lighted bottom deck and large grassy area make a perfect spot for kids and your pup to play. This is the perfect villa to spend your Seabrook vacation!
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
