The building is ideally situated between the vibrant commercial hub of Hawthorne and charming, leafy side streets lined with architectural masterpieces from the past 120 years. Inside, the design exudes a sleek and modern feel, featuring the highest-grade finishes.
Inside, each unit is designed for comfort and style, boasting mini-split heating and cooling, stainless steel appliances (including dishwashers), in-unit washer/dryers, and 9-ft ceilings. The huge windows allow natural light to flood in, highlighting the gorgeous cabinetry with glittering quartz countertops. Commonly known as “Foodie Row,” the Hawthorne/Buckman District places you within walking distance of a wide variety of top-notch local flavors, with no chain restaurants in sight! Make new friends over vegan poutine fries and grilled PB&Js at the Cartopia food cart pod, indulge in delicious wings right around the corner at Fire on the Mountain, share a pie at Apizza Scholls (consistently voted Portland’s favorite pizza), or enjoy a fancy night out at Castagna—all within a 1.5-mile stretch.
Getting Around:
🚶 Walking — This neighborhood sits between the Division and Hawthorne corridors, two of Portland's best streets for dining and shopping — both within easy walking distance.
🚌 Bus — TriMet Route 2 (Division) and Route 75 (Cesar Chavez) provide frequent service to downtown (~15 min).
🚲 Biking — BIKETOWN bike-share stations nearby. Portland's bike lane network makes cycling easy and safe.
