HUGE HEATED POOL, RENOVATED 5 bedroom/3 bath home in south Scottsdale. Minutes from Papago Park, Hole in the Rock, PHX Zoo, Camelback mtn and Tempe Town Lake, 5 miles from the airport & a few miles from Old Town Scottsdale. This 2,100 sq ft home has been redone from top to bottom. Updates include LVP flooring, tile in all baths, quartz counters in kitchen & stainless appliances. Lots of outdoor space w/a large covered patio w/TV & outdoor dining!
This home has been completely renovated. Everything has a fresh coat of paint, new beautiful flooring throughout the living spaces, bedrooms, hall and kitchen. Bathroom have new tile surrounds, tile floor and beautiful fixtures. The pool has also been completely redone - notice the beautifully resurfaced pebble tec!

You enter the home into the front living room with an attached dining room, down the hall are 2 guests rooms and the primary bedroom with its own attached bathroom. One of the hall guest rooms also has a king bed. The other hall bedroom has direct access to the 2nd bathroom (which is also shared with others). Off of the dining room is the kitchen and then the family room with a fireplace and access to the amazing back yard and pool. Off of the family room is access to a shared bathroom and the 4th bedroom which is sometimes called the "Arizona" room. The Arizona room has a queen bed, desk for working and tons of windows and access to the back yard and patio.
From the family room you have access to the garage, the laundry room and bedroom #5, which we call “The Bunk Room”, The Bunk Room has a queen bed and a queen over queen bunk bed. It has it's own bathroom and access to the pool area.
Outside you have a huge, covered porch that has a couch, 2 side chairs, 2 footstools & table. Plus an outdoor TV ready to watch the big game and a dining table with room for 10 people. Not to mention the HUGE, heated pool, 6 lounge chairs, 3 Adirondack chairs and bistro set.
There is also a 2 car garage that you will be able to use. Including a 2nd 'community' fridge available for you to use.

Pool can be heated to 82 degrees during cooler months for $75/day.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please wash and put away any beach towels that you used.
Pool Area- Please deflate and store any pool toys that you used and return lounge cushions to their storage areas.
Any extra bath towels you can wash is super helpful to our cleaning crew when we have a tight turnover. Thank you!!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please remember that this is a quiet neighborhood, please make sure quiet hours of 10pm-8am are respected and followed.
No glass in the pool area.

Our group of 6 non-profit volunteers were in Phoenix for a conference. The Papago Place was perfect for our needs. Large comfortable common spaces inside and outside on the backyard patio to meet and relax, a well-equipped kitchen and a grill outside for making meals, and the place was very clean. We hope to come back next year!

This is a quiet "historic" neighborhood in Scottsdale. Historic for Scottsdale is 1950's :)
This area is amazing, the walking trails take your right by the Botanical Garden and you can walk to the Hole in the Rock and Papago Park.

What makes this property unique

When we travel with our family we want a place that feels like home. We have worked really hard to make this home feel comfortable for our guests. We actually use this home, so we have made sure that the amenities you need are there.
