Awesome, Luxurious Studio & Office apartment adjacent to modern and log house on 23 Acres via private 2 1/2 mile maintained unpaved natural road overlooking Livingston, Montana and Yellowstone River, just 10 minutes from World class Fly Fishing in the Yellowstone River, Dan Bailey's fly fishing shop and the International Federation of Fly Fishers are all just down our road. You will love looking at our beautiful four Mountain range and Yellowstone River views (they look so amazing you can't help but to feel alive like never before both during the day and night). Suite has a small refrigerator, Microwave, Toaster Oven hot plate and Keurig style coffee maker.
The suite has natural Brazilian Cherry Wood floors floors and carpeting around the bed alcove. 56 Inch LCD HD/4K television with Roku player with active Youtube TV, Disney +, HBO Max, Hulu and Showtime. Temperature controlled gas Fireplace along with baseboard heating and portable air conditioner if needed. Office desk and chair, High speed wireless Starlink Internet and both Fed-Ex & UPS can pick up and deliver at the house. So bring your family, computer and mobile phone so you can get everything done during an extended, stay if working is necessary. High up and close to the stars but only 4 miles to the Historic Livingston Downtown area.

The House is strategically located just 30 minutes to Bozeman, 40 minutes to the Bozeman Yellowstone International airport, 30 minutes to Chico Hot Springs Resort and 52 Miles to the Yellowstone National Park Mammoth Entrance. Great house - Great location - Great for Couples or Families!!

This home is great for everyone! We traveled with kids and stayed here for 9 days. When we would leave the house and go places like visiting Yellowstone or fly fishing, etc., we would ask the kids "what do you want to do next?" They would all answer "go back to the house!" Even though we had a "no electronics" rule during the daytime hours! There was so much for the kids to do and enjoy there! The house is perfect for families with children, yet also perfect for couples only! With 4 huge bedrooms each with en suite bath rooms, large dining room, large entertainment areas and a large outdoor deck it has plenty of room for everyone to enjoy space. It was close enough to the town of Livingston, yet secluded with tons of privacy. We saw wild life each time we left and returned to the house. It has all the amenities plus WiFi, DirecTV, dishwasher, washer and dryer (I'm looking for a dryer like the one they have....it was fantastic!). This house helped make our trip a "trip of a lifetime" for all of us. Our grand kids will remember this trip for the rest of their lives and so will we.

Memorable, magical and even better than the listing indicated Best ever!

This was a "first in four years” family early Christmas celebration with young children and multiple families. The owner was always available by phone and email, trusted us with his beautiful home, and even decorated for Christmas early for us. This home is more than described in the listing and even more beautiful--all amenities one could think of and more--and it is indeed only five minutes from Livingston--and is so easily accessible. It snowed every day we were there and the scenery surpasses words yet the road was plowed each day and easy to drive. The views in the home are outstanding, the entire home artistic and magical, warm, inviting, and comfortable, it provided family time and yet time for each family to be alone. It was pristine clean and well-maintained. We loved the donkey, playhouse, and went sledding right on the property. I highly recommend Town and Country for groceries, etc., --they have an incredible selection however they also special ordered for us. The Bistro restaurant in Livingston uses local and organic products in culinary treasures, although with the wonderful home we were reluctant to leave. All types of cooking equipment, coffee makers, etc., were available in the home and the owner even shared beautiful Christmas dishes and wine glasses. While I consider myself a positive person I do not overrate this experience and home when I say it exceeded expectations, both with the home and owner. I have already recommended this to family and friend, will continue to do so, and would indeed return. Thank you

What makes this property unique

The view of the mountains, Town, River and beautiful Sky 24 hours a day. Then there is everything else!!! Privacy, plenty of room, all the comforts of the big city life but in the Mountains of Montana. This is what life is about. No multiple daily Train horns can be heard at the house, unlike in town!
