Our recent stay was unfortunately disappointing, especially considering the price we paid.As soon as we entered through the garage, we were greeted by a garage with garbage, which was not a great first impression. After walking into the house, we immediately heard a constant chirping noise that turned out to be the fire alarm in the master bedroom. My husband tried to replace battery, but when he replaced it, it triggered the other fire alarms. I contacted Kambree, and she responded quickly, saying she would send someone over. Thankfully, someone arrived within a reasonable amount of time and resolved the issue.Several hours later, we realized the refrigerator wasn't cooling. We turned it to the coldest setting and waited, but it still wasn't getting cold. To avoid losing our food, we had to keep everything in our coolers. The refrigerator did mange to cool the next morning, and we were eventually able to use it, it is possible that it had simply been turned down before our arrival.There were also several signs that the home had not been properly prepared for guests. While I appreciate Kambree's responsiveness and willingness to help, the number of maintenance and housekeeping issues we encountered made this stay fall well below expectations. I hope these concerns are addressed so future guests have a better experience.!
