The place is a real PARADISE.
Beautiful house with 6 (six) bedrooms (4 suites), bathroom, living room, kitchen, laundry, balcony and maid's quarters.
New house with only 4 years of use. It has a beautiful swimming pool and a private gourmet area with barbecue, pizza oven and a large dining table for 14 seats. Billiards, 60 inch TV with SKY-HD in living room and 3 more 40-inch televisions in bedrooms. Balcony with hammocks. 4 parking spaces. All rooms have split air conditioning, the living room and the kitchen are also air conditioned with 40,000 Btus Air. The house comfortably accommodates 17 people. Washing machine. The rent includes bed linen and domestic services, including for cooking. The house is located on the seafront overlooking Ilha Grande, close to the center of Angra dos Reis and Marina Verolme (10 minutes by car) where there are several restaurants and place for boat rentals. There is a pier, exclusive to the house, for large boats to dock. It has a leisure area with integrated swimming pool and a large green area.
The house also has 4 polyethylene kayaks, one for two people and the other three for one person.

Due to the large number of electronic appliances (7 Split Air Conditioner, freezer, refrigerator ...) in the house, the employee of the house will charge the energy consumption earned at the time of your stay. This average consumption is fifty reais per day.

Beautiful stay made even better by Mariza!

This place is incredible. Very spacious, well kept and maintained and the view is to die for. Waking up to the many species of birds calling against the crashing of the waves is something you don’t forget soon nor can you get enough of. We didn’t want for anything thanks to Jose and getting delicious food cooked by Maritza, who’s a complete sweetheart, just rounded everything off and was icing on the cake.Would love to come back here next time we visit. Saudades!

Amazing!

What a beautiful treat to have stayed here. The caretakers were very helpful in getting us situated and assisted us with all of our needs including food and boat trip. The setting itself is breathtaking and a marvel to look at from any of the bedrooms or terraces. I would recommend this to anyone, and have done so already, and can't wait to go back!

Great Villa with dock!

Great oceanfront clean villa with views and a dock with kayaks. Friendly cook. We arranged a fun day trip to Ilha Grande with Angra Passeios with pickup from the villa dock -- if swells are 3+ feet, ask for a stop at Praia do Pouso and it's a moderate half hour hike to lovely Lopes Mendes Beach. With calm seas you can add Aventureiro Beach on the south side. Tip: after entering the security entrance, bear left at the first fork in the road.

The house was beautiful. Initially it was not easy to find and we had to ask neighbors where the house was located. When we got to the house, the house manager informed us of the daily housekeeping fees which were not listed in our contract which were significantly more money out of pocket. They blamed VRBO for not updating the house description. The home did not have complimentary soaps or shampoo as stated. The patio area and stairs were not cleaned. The shower had not been cleaned before our arrival. And the curtains were old and stained. The rest of the house was clean, well furnished and had a beautiful view of Isla Grande. The home owner was quickly responsive when needed but did not honor the original contract. If you consider staying at this home, ensure your contract will be honored and also know that there are over 120 stairs from the house to the beach.

Tudo perfeito como sempre, segunda vez que alugo esse imóvel, a vista é incrivel, a area de churrasqueira, que comparada com a primeira vez, ficou um pouco mal cuidada, porem continua atendendo bem! O único incomodo são as escadas, para pessoas com menos mobilidade! Mas o lugar compensa o sacrificio, contato com o Anfitrião é imediato, sempre muito simpatico e prestativo! Horario de check out bem flexivel! Em breve voltarei para conhecer as outras residencias!

Lugar excepcional

A hospedagem foi maravilhosa. A casa é grande e com tudo que é necessário para curtir muito a região. O caseiro José é muito proativo e nos deu algumas indicações que facilitaram nossos passeios. A governanta Marisa é superatenciosa, cuidou muito bem de nós e fez refeições deliciosas. Como sugestão, seria interessante que o proprietário incorporasse o valor devido a ela na locação do imóvel, primeiro pra evitar questionamentos quanto à venda casada e segundo pq a quantidade de diárias pagas pra ela foi 1 a mais que a quantidade de diárias que ficamos na casa, isto é, ficamos 4 diárias, mas tivemos que pagar 5 diárias pra governanta. A quantidade de degraus é grande, aproximadamente 150 no total (portão ao deck), mas nada que impeça de curtir o lugar, mas pessoas com mobilidade reduzida podem acabar tendo maior dificuldade, então sugerimos tb que essa informação seja incluída na locação.No mais, a experiência foi incrível. Recomendo.

A casa estava limpíssima, super organizada para nossa chegada, tem ótima estrutura e tem tudo que precisávamos; geladeira nova, mini adega, e a área de lazer também conta com freezer, fogão e geladeira, churrasqueira e por aí vai. A propriedade conta com 3 casas separadas, cada uma com sua infra-estrutura, e o acesso ao deck e caiaques é compartilhado.Importante observar que não é acessível (muitas escadas, cerca de 150 degraus, desde o estacionamento dos carros, passando pela casa, pelas suítes abaixo da casa, pela área de lazer até o deck). Mas para quem encarar as escadas, vai ter muita diversão e um lugar lindo e de alto nível. obs Vale a pena se informar sobre o pgto obrigatório da faxina (tanto antes como depois da sua estadia).

Boa tarde amigos ! Venho aqui passar um pouco da nossa experiência nessa casa , embora o fim de semana tenha sido nublado posso garantir que foi maravilhoso devido a estrutura que a casa nos ofereceu , percebi em alguns comentários sobre os degraus de escada que a casa tem , informo que as vantagens oferecido pelo imóvel faz esse detalhe se tornar pequeno e embora seja sim um pouco sacrificante eu considero espetacular a casa que tem acesso direto a água pra nosso mergulho . Todos os ambientes da casa são muito bem organizado proporcionando conforto , até mesmo para os quem não desejam se esforçar pra acessar os anderes abaixo que é a piscina,área gourmet e Deck . Sobre o caseiro que nós recebeu ( magrinho ) só tenho agradecer por todo comprometimento em fazer o passeio ficar agradável , sobre a Viviane que nos ajudou com a alimentação e arrumação só tenho agradecer também , super gente boa e faz tudo com muito carinho . Então resumo dizendo que o fim de semana foi expetacular .

Férias incríveis!!!!

O lugar é incrivel, proprietário e caseiro são muito gentis e atenciosos e a casa é excelente, mas sua manutenção/conservação poderia melhorar, assim como os utensílios da cozinha e a iluminação. Tem uma escada de cerca de 100 degraus entre a casa e a área da piscina que não estava informada no anúncio. Mas, passamos dias maravilhosos e gostaria de voltar, levar amigos, principalmente se houver as melhorias na manutenção da casa.

Excelente local e praia perto. O Marco sempre ficou disponível e o José Magrinho deu suporte o tempo todo. Contratamos a Val pra cozinhar e limpar a casa e ela faz pratos ótimos. Pensamos em voltar! Obrigado

Casa incrível

Passei um final de semana na casa com meus amigos comemorando meu aniversário. A comunicação com o proprietário e o caseiro é muito boa. São muito atenciosos e prestativos. A casa é incrível. Chegamos e estava bem limpinha. É equipada com tudo que precisa para estadia: roupa de cama, roupa de banho, produtos de limpeza e higiene, utensílios domésticos, etc. Passamos uma tarde incrível na praia e no deck e fizemos churrasco na área da piscina. Não tenho nenhuma reclamação, a casa é perfeita. Apenas uma observação em relação a acessibilidade, a casa tem muitas escadas entre a área dos quartos, piscina e praia. Então para pessoas com dificuldade de locomoção não seria o ideal.

Angra em família

Apesar dos dias chuvosos, gostamos da experiência, no geral. Casa ampla e com bela vista. O caseiro José é bastante atencioso. Uma pena termos sido surpreendidos com os quase 150 degraus da escada (sem corrimão e fora das normas da ABNT) que percorre o imóvel, do topo ao deque, que tornam o local praticamente inacessível para pessoas com dificuldade de locomoção permanente ou temporária (caso do meu sogro e do meu sobrinho).
