I have rented quite a few VRBOs. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. *Patio door did not lock; serious safety concerns. Host didn’t think it was a big deal. For a woman traveling with her child, it is.*Dishwasher was not working*Hot water not working*Of the four dishes that were there, all we chipped and cracked*Something lodged in/stuck in disposal *Bedding was old and very pilled*Bad circulation in bathroom, some sort of mold growing on ceiling *Pots and pans should be thrown out given their horrible condition *Completely unbothered host by any of this*This is a small unit, there is no reason why the unit was in this condition when I checked in other than the host just doesn’t care to deliver a good functional property

As stated before and confirmed by VRBO to refuse your refund request, my videos and photos from my tech proved that everything was working fine. You were that one that didn't know how to use the unit or since day one was trying to dig your refund request.
