This studio apartment is just a few steps away from vibrant, historic downtown where you can enjoy many attractions including delicious eateries, historic homes/museums, a brewery, art studio, antique shops, summer Friday Night Bandstand concerts and much more! As each new season approaches, you can anticipate something fun to enjoy in downtown Lancaster, and create memories of a lifetime. The easy to navigate streets allow you to experience a sense of exploration anytime of the year. The "Studio on Main” is conveniently located within a 30 minute drive to nationally acclaimed Hocking Hills State Park, where you can enjoy thrilling waterfalls, amazing towering cliffs, numerous hiking trails, and breathtaking rolling hills. Columbus, Ohio's capital city, is only a 30 minute drive north of the Studio!

This early 1900's immaculate charming property offers everything you need for a phenomenal stay with cleanliness as a top priority. As you enter this charming studio apartment, you will conveniently already be in it’s large bedroom /living room combination, with hardwood floors, a king size bed, a pull out queen sleeper sofa, 50 inch T.V, and a dining drop leaf table. You’ll have plenty of space to relax and unwind. Stay connected with WiFi, and enjoy convenient amenities such as AC, heating, a full efficiency kitchen with a farmhouse sink, granite counter tops, microwave, oven/stove, refrigerator and coffee bar. Enjoy all the essentials of a spacious luxury bathroom equipped with a tiled shower and a beautiful sliding glass door.

The "Studio on Main" is an upstairs apartment located in the heart of Lancaster at 312 E. Main St. Suite B, above Precision Eyecare. This is a non-smoking property, and does not allow pets. Free private parking behind the studio is available.
