What a family-friendly, let-friendly property! We had a great time staying here. Our hosts were wonderfully responsive and communicative. Everything was immaculately clean with a well stocked kitchen, with games for older folks and toys for younger folks and a fantastic, fenced backyard for everyone. Would highly recommend!

Had a fantastic stay! Peter was great to work with, friendly and super communicative during the booking process and our stay. The house was just as described in the listing… the house was clean and comfortable, kitchen well stocked, and the neighborhood was quiet and close to grocery stores and restaurants. Loved taking advantage of the grill and fire table too.

A beautiful place to stay

Loved the home, it was a fun weekend getaway, very clean in the home, favorite room is the media room, enjoyed watching movies and playing games in there :) would love too book again in the future thank you peter for allowing us to stay.

Wonderful so many extras

We were in town for a family funeral and needed a place to accommodate me, my husband, two children and their spouses. While it was difficult time for us, the rental home provided us such comfort, it felt like a warm hug. They have an amazing movie room and wonderful backyard, that was such a great retreat for us. The house is well stocked and we did not need for anything. A truly great place.

Clean, comfortable house

The house was great! It was a nice, quiet neighborhood, it made for a restful stay. The house’s kitchen was well stocked with plates, cups, utensils, coffee, and more. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. The bedrooms were comfortable with blackout shades. The living room and kitchen area was spacious with comfortable furniture. We would stay here again and would recommend it for families or a larger group visiting Lynnwood/Bothell or the greater Seattle area.
