Welcome to Three Bears Cabin! Our relaxing furnished retreat sits just below Bear Mountain Resort near the golf course and local alpine zoo, boasting all that you need to enjoy the mountains with a group of friends or small family any time of the year. Hop in the car and you will be within ten minutes to local activities including the ski resorts, grocery stores, marina, and Village shops.

Our spacious two-story retreat has all that you need to unwind and relax under the pines- the cozy living room offers a toasty fireplace, flat screen TV, and big open windows to enjoy the views. The open floor plan is perfect for staying connected as you prepare your home cooked meals and slopeside snacks in the equipped kitchen, complete with cookware, appliances, and a cute dining table rested under the stairs. Access the bathroom, guest room, and the back yard from the lower-level hallway, or head upstairs to find two additional sleeping quarters when you are ready for a great night of rest.

Venture outside where you can enjoy the wrapped sun deck, open forested backyard, and patio furnishings including a propane BBQ where you can unwind and grill up your freshly caught dinner from the lake. This hillside location offers great relaxation in the warmer months and wonderful onsite sledding opportunities in the winter season. Walking distance to the Moonridge Corridor, you can walk to the local driving range, alpine zoo, and coffee and donuts shops for a quick snack in the mornings plus the ski resort shuttle pickup saves you time and money. Jump in the car and you can be to the grocery store, marina, and Village in minutes. Three Bears Cabin is the perfect destination for a relaxing mountain vacation anytime of the year, come experience your cozy home away from home today!

Cozy Moonridge area cabin

Very cozy cabin. Enjoyed the old Disney movie videotapes and board games. Home is a little older like a lot of Big Bear cabins but it is clean and everything works.

Great condo for a long wknd.

Our family of four had a great time staying at the cabin. Everything was super clean and as listed on site. We had a little trouble getting ahold of property management a few times. The upstairs bed is a little hard but slept okay. The bathroom water runs so I hope someone is aware so they can get that fixed. Otherwise, A+ and would definitely stay here again.

Bugs and birds everywhere

I would not recommend this property or bb vacation rentals as they would not resolve the issue once notified. Seems like this is a regular ongoing problem/occurrence.

Peaceful Overnight stay in the Mountains

This place was very clean, smelled nice and it looked like the pictures online which was great because sometimes that is not always the case. When I booked the unit they reassured me that we could check in at 1pm, we arrived at the office at 1:45pm and it wasn't ready which was frustrating. They had some nice toys in the closet which was great since we didn't bring anything for the kids. Everything was as advertised in the unit. It was easy to find, and very close to Bear Mountain. The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet. It was listed as a family friendly place but a word of caution about a few safety hazards if you have kids under 5. The most serious is that the bars on the bedroom loft balcony are very far apart, and a child could have easily fallen through so we had to be careful. Since we were there for 1 night it wasn't a big deal to keep them out of the loft. The stairs are a little wonky and a there is a exposed lightbulb in the bunkbed room. The unit had a nice selection videos,magazines, direct tv and wifi signal was strong. Very cozy and peaceful.

Great for a rustic weekend getaway

I bought items based on the description (no salt and pepper, starter amount of dish soap, etc.) but was pleasantly surprised that the house was way more equipped than stated in the listing. It was perfect for a short getaway for me, my husband and toddler - minus the stairs (my daughter loves to run up them), it’s very kid friendly. I would say my one and only complaint would be the master bedroom mattress. It was way too hard for my liking but that wouldn’t defer me from coming back.

Fantastic cabin!

We instantly fell in love with this cabin. As small as it looks outside… It’s very spacious inside. It had everything in the kitchen we needed. We thought the place had a lot of charm. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

LOVE! Need a working lighter for the fireplace, a small soup pot for cooking/warming would be nice. More firewood too! Loved the space- all the games, movies, music. I didn’t want to leave!!! Many happy memories to be made here! 😘💖💝

Very cozy and comfortable cabin!

Just watch out for the carpeted and loose stairs going from the upstairs bedroom. We both slipped off the top step. No injuries but scary.

Perfect Family Getaway Cabin

This was my second time staying at this cabin and just as the first time, the second time was just as amazing. The owners do such a great job of keeping it clean, well stocked with all the amenities needed to enjoy you stay and the coziness of the cabin just makes you feel like your at home.

Pet Policy-Pet Friendly Homes Only-$40/Pet/Night
Pets must be acknowledged and may not be left unattended in the home. Owners must clean up after pets; subject to added cleaning fees for violations.

All homes include clean linens, and fresh bath towels for the occupancy. A kitchen with basic cookware and small starter amount of dish soap, toilet paper, and trash bags will be supplied. Paper towels, coffee filters/coffee, specialty appliances, nor condiments/spices/oils are supplied.

No Pay-Per-View Ordering in any homes.

No refunds/credits for cancellations or trip interruptions due to acts of nature, (especially snow, fire, power outages) weather, road conditions, mechanical or electrical failures, spa malfunctions, or other equipment factors beyond our control.

This is a forested mountain community home to critters- animals or insects you may encounter are spiders, moths, flies, squirrels, gophers, bears, coyotes, burro, bear, bats, etc. Our team inspects prior to arrival but cannot guarantee the home will be free of these forest critters.

We reserve the right to offer a comparable property or issue a full refund if circumstances arise that are beyond our control and your property is made unavailable for any reason.
