Double Booked, Pressured to Stay Elsewhere

Don’t book with this host. No communication, inaccurate messaging around check in and no communication on the day of check-in. Took 2 hours to get in contact, thanks to Vrbo Customer Support. Host tells me he’s double booked, wants to call me directly and set me up with one of his other properties. I declined his bait & switch, he got hostile and hung up on myself and support. Thankfully, I got my refund.
