A completely furnished home, great for vacations in a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, A/C on bedrooms, fans in all spaces, Direct TV and WiFi. The first bedroom has one full bed. The second room called the kids room with 4 twin beds with enough space. The third room is the master with a queen bed. The largest room is at the back part of the house is like a studio apartment with a queen bed and two twin bed, bathroom and a small kitchen and table for 4. The main kitchen is big and with all the utensils and cutlery you will need, linens, towels and BBQ . Villa Ensueno is beachfront, a perfect place for paddle boarding, jet ski, kayak and close to surfing beaches and local restaurants. There is plenty space for car parking and the area is very calm and secure. Ubicated in the most visited area of Patillas and in front of the recently remodeled Malecón of Patillas, a place where you have restaurants, gazebos for BBQ, playground for kids, kioskos where you have the typical food of the area, a ramp for boats and jet ski and a viewer where you have the spectacular view of the Caribbean sea and a amazing sunset. Near the house you found a natural reserve of mangrove , a lot of nature hidden treasures , you can discover perfect places for sit and relax enjoying the sea breeze and at the end of the trail a beach called Punta del Viento where you can surf and body board . In the area you will find excellent restaurants with fresh fish and delicious dishes of puertorican food. Also bars with excellent ambient and security. Near Road #3 that brings the tourist to a beautiful route of excellent places around most part of the island.

Very close to the beach

House was very clean and Marissa was excellent in communicating about our reservation. She was excellent. One night smoke from a fire on the beach wafted over to inside the home we thought there might be a fire inside. Very relaxing and easy to work with owner. Thank you

Beautiful area

This property could use a little updating, air conditioner in one of the bedroom was not working the living room and kitchen no air conditioner either. The beach was lovely restaurants down the road was good and the outside property was great. Working the hot water was none.

Perfect family house for beach with kids

We couldn't be happier with this rental experience. The ownet Marisa was responsive to an early check in and even had food staples in the fridge and cupcakes for the kids. The house is large with plenty of room to spread out and the location us perfect across the street from the beach and a large park but not too close to the kiosk party area. We have an 8 month old and 2 year old so the calm, shallow water at the beach, playground, and easy walk to food and bar area was perfect. We spent most of the time sitting on the porch and barely used the AC. Ton of things to do within an hour drive and many large wave beach are just a few mins drive away. There is a new gas grill that works great, kitchen could use some Tupperware and more cooking utensils but most people probably just eat at the resturants and kiosks near the park. The park is party central on the weekends so be prepared for a different crowd on those days, we enjoyed all the music, families and atomesphere then. Highly recommend this for families with kids!

Very clean at first glance. The main entrance and yard are well maintained. The porch looked very inviting. Home in excellent shape and was super comfortable. The AC in all rooms was a plus. The main living room has no AC but the ceiling fans did it.

Stunning place, excellent host!

Marisa's place was great and the hospitality we met was extraordinary. All the things were there for a fantastic vacation and they were so kind to have even for some food and snacks for us upon arrival. Truly fantastic experience and 110% recommendation to stay in Villa Ensueño! :)

Alquilamos la propiedad para compartir en familia! La atencion de Marissa y Jose muy atentos en todo desde el momento de la reserva, siempre hubo buena cominicacion! Las especificaciones de la casa exactas como idicaba en la descripcion, yo diria que mas, pues habia de todo tanto en la cosina como en los cuartos y baños!! Todo muy limpio y ordenado!! La playa a pasos de la casa!! La pasamos espectacular! Definitivamente nos volveriamos a quedar!!

The house is airy and comfortable

The house was very clean and comfortable, excellent for large family reunions. The owners were very consider to my unexpected changes and eager to satisfy my needs. However, the house needs some improvements, such as bigger and updates appliances, ac in the living room, and minor repairs on some broken fixtures in the bathroom. Overall was a very pleasant experience.

I love this town for that reason we acquired this house and give it all our effort to make it a dream villa. Jose Miguel Camacho is my husband and together we hosted this house.
