The property was very clean and extremely well-situated. We enjoyed our stay.If I had to suggest something, it would be providing additional lighter bedsheets. Thank you
Great facilities and the whole unit was extremely clean. The bed was so comfortable. A great stay for a reasonable price. Free street parking was a bonus. The host was lovely to deal with and very responsive to questions.
Nice lovely home. Clean and convenient location. I was a bit surprised that it was in the “Chinatown” area. But it was nice and made the experience more memorable. We found some areas of interest nearby. We found a nice ramen restaurant just a couple of blocks away and Jax’s liquor store was a bit further but walkable. Also a nice restaurant/pub next door to the liquor store. There was a couple of little issues such as only one roll of toilet paper was provided but this didn’t affect our satisfaction with our stay. Overall, I would recommend staying here.
Tidy, well stocked, good bedding. Our only concern was the proximity to a busy, noisy street, and some sounds from upstairs.

We had a great time! The house was clean and nice. The only things we didn’t like were that the couch was broken and there wasn’t much kitchenware. Otherwise it was a great place to stay for our short trip
We came to Vancouver for a concert and just needed a place to sleep but were pleasantly surprised st this cute little place

The unit is cute and well laid out. Check in and access were good, and the neighbourhood feels safe. Bus stops very close. Lots of Asian shops and restaurants nearby.
Areas of issue:
* Ants in the kitchen
* Outside security light doesn’t activate. This makes the cement step unsafe and prevents being able to see the keypad. We had to wave our arms - perhaps it’s because we are short.
* Bath tub drain leaks - it doesn’t seal properly. It’s OK for a shower but the water drains fairly quickly when you have a bath.
* Noise travels between the suite and other units. We were quiet by 10pm but the upstairs people were not; heavy footfall, voices, and other regular living noises. We could also hear the bathroom/tub activities from next door. It wasn’t unbearable but definitely unexpected
* No instructions on how the TV works
This was what we needed for our trip - a pretty basic and small space for our family. Since we were here just for sleeping, the arrangements were just right. We kept the sofa bed out the whole time so we didn't need to set up every evening. The living area could use some curtains or blinds that could help control the amount of light in the morning. Otherwise, the host was very responsive and helpful, and we would stay here again.

The pull out bed is broken, it collapses on one side. My daughter had to sleep in the bedroom with both of her daughters and I slept along one side of the pull out bed- the part that wasn't falling through the frame.
Also, no washcloths for bathing were supplied. Along a very busy road so quite noisy at night. No curtains in place to darken place at night.
Property was clean.
Place was clean.
I rarely complain, and know that there are always mitigating factors, but this was too much. We were there for 3 nights, and won't stay there again.
here are some of the issues we encountered:
- because of our schedule, we could only check in around sunset. there were 3 of us. Originally i had booked for 2 (unit accommodates 4) and changed it to 3 for 2 nights a few days before we arrived as our daughter was coming into town as well. After checking in and getting ready for bed, we realized that:
-there were only 2 bath towels
- there was no top sheet on the bed - only a comforter
It was a warm day/night, so we opened the windows a crack. Please be advised that this unit is on the ground floor of a very busy street with trucks moving throughout the night. It wasn't restful. The bed was ok, but too hot with a comforter. A top sheet is really needed. The owner dropped off one bath towel at night.
- we ran out of hand soap on day 2 in the bathroom! There was none to borrow from the kitchenette - only dish soap there. This is an easy check by the manager and should always be full.
the worst was when the (older) refrigerator door fell off in our dgtrs hands on day 2. It just came off. My husband had to lift it/ wedge it back in and use a chair to hold it in place. The owner couldn't fix it. This was highly inconvenient.
written instructions- none- how to use the TV, garbage and recycle - would've helped make our stay easier. The desc didn't match our experience.
