Wonderful location, great house for a big group

Twelve of us stayed in the house for a family wedding nearby at Fox Haven Ranch. It worked so well for our big group. The house was clean and the views were outstanding. Communication with the house owner/manager was excellent.

An enjoyable stay! *Location on the Delta with a boat dock w/easy access to electricity and water faucet *Lots of room in the house for guests * Spacious outside deck with deck furniture was great *The dual kitchen set up was great with good appliances * Climate control in the house was great * Comfortable beds and living spaces * Lots of large, functioning TVs * Well stocked upstairs kitchen * Game room was a huge plus for the entanglement of teenagers * Good wifi connection * Very serene, quiet location, but still very near shopping *Quiet neighborhood with lots of parking * House was clean Needs improvement... *Not friendly for folks with physical issues (lots of steps to reach deck, upstairs, and boat dock) * Lacking in needed cookware utensils downstairs * Shortage of towels, particularly dish towels, hand towels, wash cloths * No can opener * Covered boat slip was unavailable due to fact a boat was parked in there * Lots of weeds growing around the house in front, back, and on the sides...not a huge thing, but it kinda ruined the luxury villa vibe * Things are in need of repair... - We had to fix the pool cues (all but one were missing tips) and we bought foosballs (they were missing ) for foosball table - Rice cooker did not work - No functioning ice maker down stairs - Paddle boat needs repair -Shade on back back door was unusable and had to be taken down - Upstairs master bedroom smoke alarm was chirping. It was intermittent, so we didn't fix it.
