Fishing, access to PA State Game lands and Delaware Water Gap National Park.

Poconos stay

Overall impression was good. Just had some issues with bugs ,also the temprarure was very cold when we checked in around 54 degrees on a cold day and we had elderly person in our group. It took 3 to 4 hours for the house to warm up. The house was clean, kitchen is well stocked with all utensils and all appliances were in working condition. The commuication with the owner was very good, very responsive. Security to the association is also stringent, so felt very safe at the property

Clean and gated neighborhood

Very clean 3 bedroom home with ample beds for 6 people to share. Futons, a roll out bed and air mattress are also available but there aren't enough comforters if you need all the additional sleeping spaces. And I was not able to locate the mattress pump. Owners are friendly and great at responding to my questions/requests/texts. Be sure to pack bath/hand/kitchen towels as we did not. That is by no fault of the listing as I misread "linens" as including towels. Also, be sure to know how chrome casting works to stream.

Our stay

Had such a hard time trying to get into the gated community. The person checking us in, kept telling us we weren’t on the list. Told everyone who I made sure was registered, we weren’t on the check-in list. I had to leave the house to show the gate personnel the list that he should’ve had. He was very rude and nasty the whole time. I Had to deal with the checking in process and calling the owner of the home until 10:30pm to finally check the house it only had one roll of toilet paper that was almost done.

Great place to get away from the city

My and my friends rent houses out here a couple times a year just to get away from usual life. This is a great house that's very clean and well kept. House looks exactly like the pictures and matches description. There's a deck outback with grill and that was great for lunch and dinner. Plenty of room in the backyard if you want to play some volleyball. The community is gated and has 2 entrances that have guards on them 24/7. After initial check in they give you a pass so getting in and out is quick and easy. Plenty to do in the area, I recommend 4 wheeling at Alvin's Playground if you are new. Me and my friends longboard and a couple roads in this community were freshly paved which meant longboard heaven for us. Overall a great place and a great time!!

Perfect place near whitewater rafting

We spent a nice weekend night over here. It's a nice property located near rafting and skirmish paintball place. We would like to come back again..
