We really enjoyed the warm feeling and creative decor as well as the convenient location. Having our own parking space made all the difference. The apartment was clean and had all the conveniences of home, plus some. All the appliances were modern and in good condition. We also loved being able to just walk out the door and be in the middle of town, minutes from the farmer’s market and coffee, plus not too far from Longs and groceries. Plus when we did not want to walk across the street to the ocean, we had a pool downstairs.

This was a perfect location for a week of swim camp. The unit was very clean and well organized. Loved that it had 2 full bathrooms. It also had a place for your road or tri bike to hang in the unit to keep it nice and safe with tools if needed. This was a swim vacation so no bikes this trip.
Great spot, super comfortable and yes, it does have mini split AC units in the living room and the bedroom, which were very appreciated in the August heat. (Recent addition, photos haven't been updated yet.) It was so nice to have soft coolers and a beach wagon available. If you're searching for the beach chairs, they are in a locker in the trash chute area by the elevator on the 3rd floor -- door isn't locked, just pull (why didn't I think of that, haha).
