This superb property offers a comfortable and relaxing stay for you. Enjoy the convenience of amenities such as heating & A/C, WiFi, a washer and dryer, dishwasher, and many other appliances you’ll find in the images I’ve posted.
The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer, iron and ironing board for your convenience.

Should you drive in, there is street parking. Never have to compete for a parking spot as there is plenty of room to park.

Whether you're exploring the city or simply unwinding in the cozy living space, this apartment is the perfect home away from home. I'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at my place.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Ensure oven/stove are off. Ceiling fans are off. Windows are closed & locked.
If you loaded the dishwasher and used the air fryer, please be sure to include it into the dishwasher.
Please avoid eating in the bedrooms and living room. Use dining room or kitchen please. Thank you for choosing my place.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet time begins at 9 pm ends 9 am. No Smoking or $100 fine Respect my toes and my place. I put a lot of work into it so guests feel at home.
Eating is only allowed in dining room and kitchen. Nowhere else.
Please refrain from drinking anything other than water in the bedroom. We’ve come across spills numerous times.
