The Residences is a beautiful unit set on a peaceful lagoon. The spacious chef’s kitchen contains all new stainless steel appliances and a sunny breakfast nook. The large, open living and dining areas exit into a spacious, screened lanai where everyone can relax while enjoying the water view! Each bedroom has its own dedicated bathroom, the master bedroom opens onto a separate, water-view patio - with chairs and a grill - and the den has a sleeper sofa and it’s own bathroom.
The Space:
The Residences is a beautiful, open-concept, fully-furnished 3-bedroom/4 bath condo set on a peaceful lagoon. The spacious chef’s kitchen contains all new stainless steel appliances and a sunny breakfast nook. The large, open living and dining areas exit into a spacious, screened lanai where everyone can relax while enjoying the water view! Each bedroom has its own dedicated bathroom, the master bedroom opens onto a separate, water-view patio - with chairs and a BBQ grill - and the den has a sleeper sofa and it’s own bathroom. The washer and dryer in the laundry room are large-capacity, new machines. The TVs in the living room (65”), den (55”) and master bedroom (55”) have Direct TV streaming and the TVs in the two other bedrooms can also access internet television. There is plenty of driveway parking in addition to free overflow guest parking nearby. This ground-floor, single-level property is an end unit with walk-in showers, and a soaking tub. If you need baby items (crib, highchair, stroller, baby bath, changing table and/or porta crib) or beach chairs they are available at no charge upon request with a minimum of 24 business hours' notice. All items subject to availability.
Guest Access:
On day of check in you will receive lockbox instructions. This is a gated community, and all drivers must be on the gate list. All over-night guests must be added prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Nestled in the heart of World Golf Village near the World Golf Hall of Fame and IMAX Theater, The Residences is situated on the 8th hole of the award-winning championship Slammer & Squire Golf Course. Five minutes down the road you will find another award winning championship course…The King & Bear. Onsite you have access to a heated outdoor pool and a fitness center. Nearby, long term guests also have access to the King & Bear lap pool, zero entry pool, tennis courts, and additional amenities (all subject to COVID restrictions). Access to some of the K & B amenities requires a pass. The HOA rules require each guest to sign for the pass, so we regret we are unable to leave passes in the property unless we have advance notice.
The Circles of Wellness Spa, great restaurants and a shopping outlet mall are about five to seven minutes away. Only twenty minutes away you will find sandy white sparkling beaches and historic Old Town St. Augustine where you will experience remarkable history, restaurants, carriage rides, trolley rides, museums, tours, and festivals throughout the year.
Getting Around:
To make the most of our beautiful area we highly recommend your own vehicle, but for those who prefer walking there are some area restaurants 1.5 to 2.5 miles away.
Other Things to Note:
We love animals but the association has strict rules that must be followed. Service animals must be disclosed in advance. Guest agrees to complete required pet screening, submit photos and vaccine records at least 7 days prior to guests’ arrival for HOA approval. There is a $75 pet fee. Animals must be house trained. Service animals are not allowed to be left unattended.
Interaction with Guests:
Host lives locally but not onsite and is available as needed. Let us know if you would like champagne and chocolates to celebrate a special occasion.
