Windsor Nook is a contemporary 3 bedroom townhome located in Windsor Hills Resort. This upgraded townhome features a bright and airy living space, fun kids bedroom, private pool and more, with a great location only 2 miles away from Walt Disney World Resort.

Enjoy the open living space with a modern living room, fully-equipped kitchen and plenty of space for the whole family to spend time together. Dine at the formal dining table with seating for 6 or at the breakfast bar with seating for 4. Head outside to the screened-in pool to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather. The pool faces southwest for maximum sun exposure throughout the day!

At the end of a long day exploring the Orlando area attractions, come home to three comfortable bedrooms. The master suite is located on the second floor and features a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is located on the first floor and features a queen-sized bed and access to a family bathroom. Kids will love the custom bedroom just for them! With two twin beds and an awesome galaxy theme, kids will love having their own space.

Rental Policies

• Check-in: 4:00 PM / check out: 10:00 AM
• Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
• The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
• Pool and spa heating is available at an additional cost, with varying rates by property.
• No smoking / No pets
• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 20% deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
• Daily housekeeping services are available upon request
• Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.

Great place to stay.

This was a great place in a gated community a short drive from Disney. The price for the condo is a much better deal than I could find on Disney property or hotels nearby.

Amazing location with excellent access to the pool area. The unit is wonderful and spacious. All appliances worked well. Beds, bath, and kitchen were clean however the carpets were quite stained and dirty and the walls could do with a scrub and paint touch ups. Had a lovely vacation at Windsor Hills!

Location location!

Stayed here for 2 weeks! This property is on a dead end street and is In walking distance to the clubhouse. It was clean and comfortable. Our questions were answered immediately. Check in and check out was quick and easy. We had an issue with our keypad and it was fixed immediately. I would stay here again! My only suggestion is to leave an instruction booklet for the TV. It was definately a learning curve. Alarm clocks in the bedroom would be great too! We had a blast!

Perfect for families

This place is cute and, for the most part, clean. The one thing that sticks out is that the pool had quite a few bugs and leaves in it, it took us a while to clean it, but after seeing the bugs, my children no longer wanted to swim in it, we just used the community pool. We know that leaves and bugs happen, but didn't expect that amount considering it is enclosed and they were there when we first checked in. Everything else was perfect for us, beds were comfortable and all the rooms were clean, as well as the overall property. We did have issues with checking in with the keypad, but it was resolved with a call to the provided 800 number. This place is in close proximity to everything. We would stay here again, but in a condo without a private pool.

Great starwars kids room, that's it

I should start by saying this rental in this area may be typical but not for us. It was very basic with no idea extras, I mean very basic kitchen supplies no paper towels no bathroom toiletries other than towels. Beds were not comfortable nor was the sofas, no cushions on outdoor seating, very cold and unintiting living room.... I don't think we spent 5 min in that room which really didn't leave anywhere to hang out. The washer dryer was awful took hours to wash and dry even the smallest load and of course no laundry detergent or dryer sheets. I'm conclusion this was the most basic and vanilla property my family has stayed at on VRBO but the starwars theme room made my kids day so 3/5 starts

Condo I wouldn’t rent again

The step carpet was so dirty and worn out it’s the first thing you see when you open the door gross!!! The lights in living room wouldn’t turn on off. The remotes in two bedrooms didn’t not work. The downstairs bathroom drain in sink took forever to drain. There is not thermostat anywhere so you had to call for them to adjust it. So in the middle of the night your out of luck no one answered. The back door slider no lock on latch and the blinds have the slats were missing not good with sun coming in. The pool was so dirty and gross slime on the sides and button which I paid extra to have heated for the week which we couldn’t even use ! I wouldn’t let a dog in that water. Over all can’t say much other than a good location. I’ve been to Windsor hills over 12 times and this was the most disappointing place I’ve rented. Been trying to get a refund for the pool heat and still haven’t heard back from anyone about that. The customer service is not very good between you and I. We had great weather!!!

Pros/Cons

Some thoughts: Pros: Complex is great location to parks Very spacious Master king bed is comfortable Unit is close to complex entrance and pool Well stocked with kitchen essentials. Only 3 pool towels Cons: Condo is worn and could use a refresh~ carpet is stained and coming up in places. Paint is dull and marked. Beds in downstairs room and Star Wars room were horribly uncomfortable. My teen son slept on the couch because the bed was so awful. Pillows in all beds need to be replaced. I almost went to Walmart to buy new pillows. There were stains on the pillowcases. Needed to wash them all before using. Condo pool is not inviting at all. Really needs to be repainted. We had reached out to the condo owner prior letting her know our sister would be visiting one night. Owner never relayed this to the security guard and they refused to let them in. I would give this condo a 3.5 if I could. We are not terribly picky, and it was fine. But we probably wouldn’t choose this exact unit again.

Great villa great location to the local pool

Just one sore point the master mattress had seen better days, if the mattress is changed the place is perfect for a family of 4 we will be back to Windsor hills resort for sure, this is our 3rd visit and we have not found one as nice despite staying at several other locations in the local area.

Great choice for our family

We stayed in the townhouse for a full week and loved the amount of space we had given we had 6 people. The private pool was great and Windsor Hills is a very nice community. The decor was much more updated than a lot of other listings we looked at and my boys loved the Star Wars room. The property was extremely clean and Magical Vacation Homes was easy to work with. The one complaint I would have is the mattress in the Master Bedroom. It was very uncomfortable and felt like it must have been 20 years old. I highly recommend to the owner to replace it. The other updates in the house were fresh and inviting, but the mattress is something that needs to be addressed. If we had been able to get a better nights sleep, this would have been a 5 star rating.
