I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this house. It is a beautiful historic home in the heart of Prescott. The house was well stocked, beds comfortable, and plenty of parking. I would be happy to stay here again.

We had a wonderful time. This property is located on a beautiful corner lot 2 blocks from the downtown square. The home was in immaculate condition and decorated so beautifully. Great communication with the host. We had no problems and enjoyed the house. Kitchen was set up so nicely and the house flowed easily.

Located an easy walk from downtown. This home can accommodate a whole bunch of people. It was incredibly clean the the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. Great experience 10/10.

Although we liked the home there were issues that would cause us to not rent it again. The house was more than a bit dirty. It desperately needs a deep clean. The mouldings, under beds and behind furniture were not just a little dusty but filthy. The 2 open garbages on the island attract mites - lots of them. The fence needs to be repainted. There are paints chips everywhere outside. Not sure if it contains lead but the chips are in the kids area. There is a hinge missing on a door between the kitchen and dining room. The downstairs master has no windows. There is a sitting area attached to the master but the door to the sitting room should have blinds or a curtain for privacy.

Thank you for your review, we always love to keep guests happy but must be made aware of any issues in order to correct. I would have loved to have sent a cleaner over for you. The fence is in need of some love and will actually be completely replaced in May. We are very excited to finally be on the schedule. While we do love curtains, we do not feel it is necessary for the sitting area that connects to the living room to have any curtains, the french doors are gorgeous as is. The home is spacious enough that guests shouyld not have a problem finding any privacy throughout.

This was a beautiful house. I had my 4 kids, 2 sons in-law and 3 grandkids. We all fit perfectly. This was a beautiful house and very clean. The only trouble while getting ready we could not find the iron and ironing board. We contacted the host and she said it was in a closet in one of the rooms. It was in a locked closet and we were running late, so we had to purchase an ironing board. Other than that, everything was great. Right near downtown and close to everything.
