Cozy Cottage

The cottage was amazing and the location was perfect very close to everything and only a few miles from the strip and the host was so wonderful to deal with im very much looking forward to booking another stay here.

Great Lakefront Cottage

We had a great time! The cottage was comfortable and had everything we needed for our holiday visit.Great space for a family, or a couples retreat.I would highly recommend this cottage, and would rent again in the future

Cute lake home!

We enjoyed our stay! Beds were comfy and the decor was so pretty! The only suggestion I would make is to have some kitchen staples on hand for guests like cooking spray and salt/pepper. Having the option of beach access is wonderful as well. Too bad it was raining during our stay.

Lake Erie cottage

Excellent place to stay while visiting family. Kelly and Jim’s place was very nicely detailed with all the necessary items you’d expect, just a couple of spots down from the lake. Check in had a very brief hiccup, but it was fixed within a few minutes. Definitely a highest recommendation, and we’ll plan to book again next time we are in town.

Cozy Relaxing Time

Great experience! Property manager was very responsive and accommodating. Cute home, equipped with all necessary amenities. Close to recreation attractions but far enough away to relax.

Great Place, Great Location

This was a great place in a great location. Very clean and comfortable. There is a short walk to the shore of Lake Erie, though with some steep stairs--but that's all part of the shoreline on this part of the lake. The place is also close to both Ashtabula and Geneva on the Lake, but very quiet--at least in March. We would certainly love to return!

One day trip

A shorter stay than we would have liked but a wonderful trip overall to our favorite little place Geneva on the Lake. We were able to bring two of our adult children and this condo had 3 very nice bedrooms, a large living area and cute kitchen with anything that you would need. The outside deck was nice with a table and many Adirondack chairs to sit outside in the grass. The house was immaculate. My husband took a walk down to the lake and was able to watch the sun go down. Thank you for letting us stay at your lake house:)

Sister trip 2025

Stayed a few days end of April. The house was cute and clean. Owner very responsive. Bring paper products with you as there is not enough provided. May be a little warm in summer months. Shower handles are tricky. Overall, very satisfied. Thank you.

We had a very nice time while in Ashtabula and this property was convenient for our purposes but I do have a few issues I would like to comment on.1. We took this property because it said it could sleep 9 people (and we did have 9 people) but there is no way anyone could safely sleep on the top bunk beds, let alone be sturdy with an adult’s weight. The ceiling fan was only 10-12" away from anyone sleeping on the top bunk and the ceiling was less than 1.5ft above that persons head. So if someone was to sleep there you could not safely have the ceiling fan going. And if that were the case then it was very warm in 2 of the 3 bedrooms.2. The bedrooms were very warm because the air conditioning was only a wall inserted type and that was not adequate to cool the whole house while sleeping. The listing was accurate to a point, but it is not central AC which was inferred to be the case. Maybe more air conditioners are needed for each room?3. The listing also indicated there was a barbecue grill available. We brought food for cooking on a grill but there was no grill available.4. A suggestion would be to have a drying rack for the kitchen double basin sink. With so many people in our party we had to wash some dishes/cups between dishwasher usage

Thanks for your feedback, Jack. The top bunks are used often, and they are rated for up to 250lbs. But, it does seem like mostly children use them. The house is listed as a “cottage” because it doesn’t have full duct work for central air. There is central heat, but as listed and noticeable in the photos the air conditioning is a window unit. When we stay at the property in the summer heat we pull the fans out and use those too. Thanks for the suggestion on the drying rack- I’ll pick one up :)
