Balsam Lane #4 is an exceptional vacation home for families with children or multiple groups. Located in the quieter area of the resort, this 4 bedroom/3 bath home can accommodate up to 11 guests. The open floor plan captivates you with large windows, vaulted wood ceilings, and updated furnishings. The open floor plan is perfect for any family gathering.
The well-stocked kitchen is the cornerstone of the open floor plan and is separated from the dining room and living room with a beautiful granite kitchen island that has bar stools for your convenience.
Enjoy a movie or just good conversation as you sit in front of the gas fireplace.

The living room opens to a deck equipped with a gas BBQ, patio furniture, and a Hot Tub. The private hot tub is a perfect place to relax after a ride along the many bike paths in Sunriver.

The master bedroom on the main level has a queen bed and a large soaking jacuzzi tub and a double vanity in the master bath. Bedrooms 2 and 3 also have queen beds. Both rooms also have TVs for your relaxation in bed. Upstairs is the 4th bedroom has a queen and twin bed and a TV. The loft adjacent to the upstairs bedroom has 2 twin beds… a great area for a family with younger children or a group of teenagers to call their own. The two additional bathrooms in the home have tub and shower combos.

Visiting in the summer? Balsam 4 is equipped with Air Conditioning to help get you through those warm summer days. You will find 7 bikes in the garage, a burley child’s trailer, a kayak, and a canoe. All great additions for your summer adventures.

Need a place to charge your EV? No problem! This home has a 220 outlet in the garage so that you may charge your vehicle. You will need to bring your plug.

Balsam 4 is perfect for those who suffer from pet allergies because it is an "Animal Free" Property. The owners of this home have severe allergies to pets and for that reason, it is STRICTLY "Animal Free!"

The homeowner will provide a 50% reimbursement for SHARC entry with a valid receipt from SHARC up to $50 per day maximum. Ask for details.

With 7 adults and 3 children we are very comfortable. Was very pleased with how well maintained the house has been. Would highly recommend it.

Great stay

Awesome property and value. Only complaint is the checkin process with the property manager. They said they were still cleaning the house even though we drove by the property and nobody was there. They still refused to let us check in and were a bit snippy with us—we were staying at Sunriver for our wedding and they wouldn't allow us to even drop off our bags at the house. The house itself was great though, no complaints there! Just poor checkin experience with the property management company.

Would definitely stay again

Came to Sunriver for a girls weekend to celebrate my daughter’s high school graduation. The house was great couple little things could have been better but would definitely stay there again. To top off I left my pillows by accident and they went to the trouble of locating my pillow cases that had already gone to the laundry service and mailing them to me!
