Stay comfortably in this very private newly built modern home The property boasts a beautiful kitchen with all the amenities including free coffee and snacks. One bedroom with a KING bed, ensuring a great night's sleep for guests. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer, bidet, and soft water shower, providing all the necessary amenities. Additionally, there are two additional spaces—a quaint living room with 1 sofa full bed, also a cozy office with a twin blow up bed if needed. Full size washer and dryer share the office space. Mini crib available. Can sleep three to four comfortably. Huge outdoor patio with comfortable couches and a table with a Fire pit and waterfall feature. Truly relaxing environment in a safe neighborhood. With such inviting spaces, it's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our beautiful place in lovely Simi Valley Ca

We had a fabulous stay here. This place was super clean and updated appliances and décor. The king size bed was comfortable. Easy to find on google maps, nice quiet neighborhood which allowed us to sleep-in both days we stayed there. Host was very responsive and kept us up to date on our check-in and check-out. Unfortunately, we didn’t have enough time to relax on the patio, but it is nicely decorated and would be welcoming for anyone that wanted to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening beverage. I highly recommend this property.

Homecoming Visit

We were in Simi Valley to share in our granddaughter's high school homecoming. The house was perfect for us to relax between the weekend's events. The patio is a delight and we enjoyed our morning coffee in the cozy kitchen/living area. The ease of access to the home from the parking area was terrific for us as an older couple. The home is clean and well equipped with modern amenities and nicely decorated.

Private Patio is Awesome

This is a great space for two adults and kids that fit on the sleeper sofa as advertised. Well decorated with a walk in closet to get luggage away. The office/laundry doubles as a changing room for the kids. The highlight thou is the patio. Big enough to eat and hang out around the sofa for some lovely outdoor living.

This is the nicest VRBO site we have ever rented, bar none. It is clean, well appointed, better than the pictures and narrative, and well stocked with everything you might want or need. Bed is great and the towels are very nice. Lots of snacks. This unit is large and while it is new, it is homey. Off street parking a plus. Giant patio area with ample seating. Just a great place to stay while attending our granddaughters high school graduation. Will stay here every time we visit our family. Owners on site but left us to our own activities. GREAT PLACE!!!
