About this property

Cozy 1-bedroom mas in enjoyable Aurora with AC, WiFi

A peaceful place to stay. Cozy basement with separate garage entrance. Everything is new and necessary to offer our guests a pleasant stay. Full kitchen, 1 bedroom with a brand new queen size bed, 2 TV's, 1 full bathroom And one half restroom. TV entertainment room with sofa bed for 2. Washer and dryer, AC/heating and variety of channels. Close to the highway, airport, downtown, Medical campuses, mountains, shopping centers and excellent restaurants.

The space
The entrance is through the garage. It is an independent basement equipped with all the comforts so that our guests feel at home with full size washer and dryer, 1 full bathroom with walk in shower, full kitchen , dishes, a set of wine glasses, air fryer, toaster, blender, coffee machine, TV room with a sofa bed for 2 and board games. Bedroom with a Brand new Queen size bed, full closet with blankets, steam iron. Street parking with plenty of space, AC , heating , wifi and a variety of channels.

Guest access
Access is through the garage , I will provide garage code upon arrival. There is an independent door that requires a key.

With great pleasure l am delighted to meet you and be able to help you, I work from Monday to Friday l am available after 4:00 pm

No smoking allowed (vaping, marijuana,). No parties. No pets allowed.

Excellent Stay in Aurora

We came into town to visit our daughter, son-in-law, and new granddaughter. Rocio's place was clean, quiet, and seemed to have been recently remodeled. Everything worked out well and both myself and my wife highly recommend Rocio's place.

Great apartment - I will return. Access was easy. The basement unit was very recently renovated and is immaculate, well-lit, and nicely decorated. Kitchen is spacious and well-equipped. Bathroom is roomy and all new. Great shower even with the lower ceiling. Living room - open to the kitchen - is comfortable. I found the bed very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. Very happy I found this!
