Perfect spot and perfect location! The apartment is just adorable - we felt right at home and the decor was unique and beautiful. Ideal setup for two couples. On a really cute street next NCU campus. Great coffee shop below the apartment.

Beautiful apartment, very comfortable and supportive beds, excellent location. The only minor issue was the dark keypad on the front door. Need a light to see the keys. Would definitely stay there again.

Such a warm and comfortable place. Loved the fact that the old style charm was kept in this building with wood trim and floors. We had an amazing stay. The coffee shop below the loft is amazing as well. Will definitely keep this place as a favorite if we return to Greeley in the future.

The area was great with close access to numerous restaurants. We were there over Christmas and the heat was not working but the host promptly supplied some space heaters until the repair could be made. Host was very responsive.

Everything was fine, but it is not a easy place to get to the loft because of all the steps.
